Correct :). I didn't feel like sharing my surname with the world, so thought I'd shadow someone who could drive haha.

At Voldemort: don't worry about the prophecy, hopefully I'll get Hermione one day haha.

I lol'd. :sly:

I think you've waited too long. Check with Wardez to see about if you can race tomorrow even if you didn't qualify. :scared:

I must know how to embed quotes into edited material. Otherwise, I must keep double posting. I'm not that much of a technology whiz like Watson.

Due to electrical issues (i.e. internet being a 🤬), Tyler Book's Toyota will not be able to qualify. Mr. Book wishes the best of luck to all participants, and expresses his hope to "see you all at Le Mans".

Deadline isn't for another couple hours, but every one remember you can still qualify past deadline, the only drawback is that your time will be docked with a 2% late penalty.

But it still secures you a better spot on the grid than if you put yourself on the waiting list and you'd have all morning tomorrow in which to practice and set a late time, we have stewards up from all over the world available at any time so take advantage and let's get this series kicked off as best we can.

Is a steward available to check my qualifying attempt?

I'm creating a room right now unless one is open. I'll post a room number in a second.

Edit: Room open for Practice/Qualifying: 1472 - 6118 - 4216 - 8216 - 8351

Closed, See Hydro's room number.

hey w-g-e now that you're LMP ... want to share the tune you used on the M3 in the practice race? It's gotta be better than my tune.

still open for business

WiiFreak just wrangled a 16.2 in the GTR ... getting tight at the top of GTE now.

Where are all the corvettes?

T minus 5 1/2 hours!

4th gear: 2.575

Corrected a small mistake in the gearing.
I used yours as a base tune as you can see. It was pretty hard to control in the long distance and I think the damper values make it a little easier while keeping the pace.;)

Looking at it now, I'm surprised at how close it is to your tune. I tried everything I thought was possibly faster and this is what I ended up with.

Just ran some practice, ready to qualify if someone is free.
I'm about 80% (up from 0) to make tomorrows race so I figured it's time to do this 👍

There's a button in advanced reply that wraps quote tags around anything you highlight, there's the multi-quote just beside the quote button on the left,(Two little blue message window looking thingys) and anytime you click "quote" on someone's post you can see, read, copy and paste all of the formatting, it's actually quite simple, no whiz needed.
If a whiz were needed, I couldn't do it. :P

Thanks Scott 👍

Note to self : don't ever qualify at 2 am again. Ever!
See you tomorrow guys.

Thanks Scott.

I am not 100% to make the race tomorrow. I don't know if that time will qualify me for room A anyway, but if it does it's probably prudent for me to give up that spot in A to someone who is 100%. TBH, I wasn't even planning to qualify, but followed Marc into the room to keep him company and decided to give it a go. :dopey:

After an hour+ of running laps
Nice time Tim 👍

Can't sleep now, I'm sure I'll have nightmares now after that, but they'll be about 1.5 seconds late

Thanks for the heads up Tim. I'm actually the one on the bubble with your qualifying. If you're able to race, I'm pole for room B, if not, I'm the back of room A.

I'm good either way honestly, so if you an let me know at least a couple hours before the race whether you can make it or not it'd be no problem to adjust.

Is there anytime lift to qualify, and are we able to race if not ?

Deadline's in ten minutes so if you an open a room up before that and have someone come into observe then you can set a time up to thirty minutes past the hour, that's the grace period.

You can also opt to start at the rear by being put on a waiting list.

Our second show's wrapping up here at work, I'll be home in about 45 minutes.

if people qualify after deadline (open rooms after deadline's up) then the time ran will have a 2% time penalty added on for late qualifying but you'll be classified as usual after that.

Thanks again Scott for watching my lastminute qualifying. Such a shame there are no BMW drivers left anymore, is it the car, or do you guys just not want to team up with the slow Belgian :)
