One spot left in the room. I think Ed will join asap.

If one more guy wanna race, please say it asap, we'll create an other room

I'm coming, just finished a race which I wish I didn't as it was a demo derby... 👎.

Edit: Room full

Don't worry Paul, we're making two rooms now. Litchi will post the new number.

I'm still frustrated with myself again as I missed out on D1 by whiskers :(.

Again I had to ask myself after another case of bad luck where I ended up getting hit off the track costing me almost 20 seconds, why do I bother. I mean between this and Calm where I have either had lag damage or been hit off I'm getting extreamly frustrated and feel like I keep wasting my time and energy practicing for it only to be thrown away by something thats out of my control... Then theres my own mistakes which I don't even wanna talk about..

At least I only have my own mistakes to blame. Fumbled the quali and was lucky to get in room 1, but last on the grid, and I am really poor at tailing someone, never get into my own rhythm.

Somehow I managed to find a tune that could have lasted for those 15-16 laps, but I did not realize and pitted on lap 13 as planned. Stupidest time to do that. Then had two more stints with way too good tyres. Oh yeah and spun myself at least twice, the rest I have forgotten.

I am angry at myself with this kind of performance, I need to be better prepared and stay more focused for the remaining four races in august. And I will be! Look out! :D

Have a nice summer break :)

And oh yeah, CONGRATS ALEX

GV won? Well theres a glimer of happyness. Nice one GV you deserve it .

Completely unexpected, in a way!! Thanks Simon and Paul :)

I knew I had the speed and I guessed I had the pace, but when there's always something happening, you never know.

For me, the race was simple at first sight, yet really complex when you analyse it. I knew I had to get to the front early if I wanted to prevent Josh, Wii or Adven from getting away, so I quickly made my way up to first, and stayed there for a while, then getting behind Josh and cruising to my only stop (fun note, I was planning on two stops, which could have worked just as well, but being with Josh and Wii after Adven's problem, I thought it didn't make sense to risk a 2-stopper since the other drivers were already far away).

But on the lap when I had to pit, I lost the car at the hairpin before the backstraight and lost 4 seconds there. Pitted immediately and charged my way forward to recover the lost time to Josh. From then on, we proceeded calmly until the last lap, where I made a move on Josh, and pushed like hell until the hairpin after the backstraight. At that point, I knew I had it, and of course, I am delighted!!

Now, I guess there's only one way forward... which is pushing hard and trying to make up for the lost ground of the first races! I have realised I basically have to believe in my possibilities, and that will help me avoid any mistakes... which ends up producing decent results. Plus, Nürburgring and Monaco should suit my car, while I really like Spa, so I'm looking forward to more races.

Really really happy!!

I want to congratulate Adven on his recovery from his damage in the first part of the race, and thank Josh too. It was one hell of a fun race! 👍

Thanks guys!

And I know it will sound cheesy but this win's for you all. Because you have to deal with my "moments". :) You guys are the best 👍

I completely understand. I was disgusted with how I did today. It's my own dumb mistakes that keep taking me out of the possibility of a nice finish. I was in 4th with Ed, litchi, and trajik ahead of me by roughly 3-4 secs. They pitted and I decided to wing it and try a 1 stop because I had plenty of tire life left. On lap 15 I was 6 secs ahead of 2nd and started over thinking things. Down the back stretch I was debating on when to pit. Right before the pit I completely had a stupid moment and tried to swing in the pits when my dumbs** should've went around 1 more lap. On lap 31, ren passed me because I had NO tires left. Had I not confused myself on lap 15, I very well could've been in contention at the end. I was so disappointed/aggravated/dumbfounded.

I'm glad there's a break. Nurburgring usually gives me fits and I'll need the tuning time.

Division 1 results and timings

EDIT : I have just noticed that the division 2 winner and last place in division 1 both clocked 1 hour 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
How good is that?

Sorry guys, I had to work a double yesterday and forgot to even post and say it.

I'll see how this week goes but I'll just retire till the end of summer for now, it's just not working for me right now, too much work and too many things to do in-between.

The best of luck to all, and I look forward to racing with you guys again soon. :)

Hey Dom, yeah I was wondering where you were! Anyway next race is august 4th on nurb, hope you can get yourself arranged for that :)

Vettel used the same strategy as I did but mine didnt go as planned.I was running in a comfortable 5th place until lap 6 when I fell of the pace running a 1:59.x Owens caught and passed me like I was standing still on the downhill straight and then Paginas blitzed me at the last chicane bringing Cicua with him.I tucked in behind them and quickly saw that following this group was going to be slower so I changed up my strategy and made my first stop at the end of lap 7.I planned on a 2 stopper anyway so this wasnt a huge gamble as I knew the lap times were still reasonable after 13 laps.

When those other 3 all stopped a few laps later I had jumped over them all.I ran a series of 1'56 laps in clean air which was the goal of stopping early.Paginas came out of the pits right behind me and since he was on fresh tires he took the position. We battled for a couple of laps and then on lap 14 I screwed up and missed the braking marker at turn 3 and went straight off into the gravel.I lost 10-15 sec on that lap alone and my race was done.

I almost switched to a 3 stopper but there was little point in doing that so I just leaned back in my chair and cruised. In the last few laps I caught jtv and Cicua caught and passed both of us on fresher tires.I could see the FTO was really struggling on bad tires and I passed jtv in the "S" in the last or 2nd to last lap.

Overall I am pretty disappointed with my racing.I race like I have to pay the bills if the car is damaged when I need to be racing like the car is disposable.

Hadn't even seen, but since you mention it, that may even work. We'll see how it goes, the only thing I'm sure of at the moment is that I will be racing the Pure JGTS 2, if I'm not back before then. :)

Every one please welcome a new friend and driver of ours: RayzaBlayz
