Question about arcade mode

Fully Modded Tureno SS at TM in Arcade mode hard, sounds fun im gonna give it ago.

OK, something I always wanted to know is how all of the Arcade cars are set up.

Now that we're sure of how the weight/power ratio is used, we need the car specs to make actual use of it.

Who can do this?

yea, how come they put a 787B and R390 against my Trueno SS??? im playing arcade mode in hard, and i just cant stay in front. everytime i get close, they either ram me off the road, or just accelerate past me. lol i dont think its very fair to put such overpowered cars against such an underpowered car. my little trueno just cant match up. granted i make a few mistakes, but no ones perfect. lol i just dont think its right to do that. i can beat them on normal, but its near impossible to beat them on hard... does anyone know how they go about picking which cars go up against you in arcade mode?

I beat 787B, R390 and all of other race cars in hard mode with my Trueno SS ... Simply bad AI and poor realistic performance from other cars.

I usually don't race in the arcade mode, but I decided to try my garage Accord Euro R(j)
on the midfield easy leval and I was surprised to find myself racing against the GT1 and
R-390, 787B etc. cars. I thought if this is the easy leval I don't want to try the hard level
I won the race which surprised me even more. I have driven Midfield a lot. so it was a
good clean run. So I moved up to medium difficulty and it put me against the Zonda and
the ZO6 and other cars of simular power. I thought that is odd, so I tried the hard and
the pro levels and they also had the lower power cars. I beat them all with no problem.
I tried other tracks and couldn't get the fast cars to come up again. I ran all the tracks (changed the oil after every series of races)
in the arcade mode (except the R races) and no other tracks or races gave me the fast
cars to race against. No changes in the car. It has a PWR of 3.353 It was sufficent to win
everything. I took it to simulation mode and it couldn't come close to the S class cars.
Which I expected. It won the last series on the beginer league and the first three series
on the amature league. Plus the amature FF and NA races. (not to bad for only 337 HP.
tried it on easy again at Midfield and the S class cars didn't appear again. Kind of strange.
