Random - car syndrome (RCS) is when there are more than two cars availiable for winning the race, such as GT World Championship, GT300 Championship, or GT500 Championship. It randomly selects a car to give you, so you can ge the same car 5 times in a row.

I think this is a really lame limitation set by PD. But that's just my obsession of wanting everything in every colour lol.
