Why do people put rims like that on Civics? Especially with carbon fibre hoods! Why pay to have weight removed from your vehicle if your just going to double it again with huge heavy rims?!

Given the driver is leaned way too far back(can you see the front seat in the back window?), the way the driver's facial expression just says "My mom thinks I'm a gangsta,'" and his lack of enough common sense to wear a seatbelt... I would agree and say that it is indeed, a fart can.
