Considering the term ricer was used to make fun of tuners who tried to make their car look fast when it isn't; putting on big wings, ridiculous body kits, fart can exhaust, all to give it that look and feel of a "fast car", I would say no. Its just the stance scene, which in its own can be a derogatory term for some. The car is completely stock, other than the ride height and the rims.

That Mustang is well on its way to riceland, but atleast it has supporting mods. I would just call it extremely tacky.

Wow, that Civic is such a ricer. Exterior isn't great, and the fact that the driver is too much of a baby to go over a speedbump is worse.

He'd probably put a decent sized dent in the oil pan if he did something stupid.

I believe that may be some weird exhaust.
