I can see that being useful in some situations.

That would be very useful.

I see how it can be useful but it's only for cargo if you could use the extra space for both passengers and cargo it would be better. It looks like you can fit a 3rd row seating but it would be extremely uncomfortable to seat back there with no leg room.
