A Merkur XR4ti with a RS500 Cosworth body kit isn't pretty, but I wouldn't really call it questionable. Though, I will say that I've seen better done Merkur based Cosworth replicas than that one.

Is it not?

Oh jeez... I did a dumb. Forgot the way to tell is the rear window, actual RS Cossies have a single panel while Merkurs have the weird split panel, plus the Merkur actually was launched first...

And to think I nearly bought one of the things.

Never have I seen an Mk.1 Rabbit modified in that manner. Though it is far from tasteful, and isn't purposeful, I will admit, I sort of like it. I am curious to know what drove the owner to do this to their Volkswagen. Lots of time on their hands?

I don't this car fits here. It's from the movie Robocop, so I'm unsure whether this a questionable modification. The car is pretty much a set piece...

Robocop just had flat black SHO's.

The one posted is just a sci-fi inspired job.

LMAO @ the freightliner grill...

and is that an on board tire inflation system?...
and I'd HATE to have to hang that spare...

Nah, I'm betting showcar made to look like a time-attack car because racecar bro. There's got to be at least 200lbs of metal added to the back of that thing. Bet it's a V6, too.
