TheCracker, to me the wheelbase looks far too short and bonnet far too high. Driftster, those are BMW rims, lifted straight off the 8-series as seen here;

Should also show other differences with pictured car. Whatever it is, it's isn't the real deal.

The lowrider H2, as well as the old Hummer, never came with a V12. They come with a General Motors Diesel V-8 or V-10, couldn't remember which.

The H1 comes with a 6.5 or so liter diesel. It might be either inline-six, V-8 or V10. Dunno

The H2 has a 364.5 (6.0L) Vortec V8, the same as Dad's Suburban 2500.
