Well, I think there's other ways to produce lots of front downforce on a car, but the wing is simple, easily adjustable, and brutally effective. Basically, if the rules allow it, it's fair game.

When it's pushing 850whp through the front wheels, it does generate a lot of understeer. He's running 275s all around, if I'm not mistaken.

The reason for that is because under the hood is a 1000hp turbocharged engine from Chris Rados' Sport Compact Drag Cars. The car has a front wing to help with areodynamics and (i may be wrong) to keep the front tires from exploding from the extreme stress.

The sad part about the '08 Civic is it looks pretty well constructed, which means someone actually put a lot of time and effort into it. Why 6 fog lights though?! Seriously, how thick of fog does he drive through to need that many fog lights?!?!
