Waznt that Del Sol in the magazine Brian O'Conner was reading in The Fast and The Furious wen he wanted that tuna sandwich. Sorry but ive seen the movie so many times i can point out these little thingz....but correct me of im wrong. Take a look at it on the 6th page.

George Lucas practically saved Hotrodding with that movie. If they remake it... I'll... uh.... ...get back to ya on that one. Was the original any good? I might go rent it.

Just two years?

Yeah...

I tried hard to resist the Urge to see that '70 Charger in action though.

Too bad the Supra didn't clip that Freightliner Instead. :grumpy:

The last time it was on TV I managed to flip between channels almost perfectly to cut out all the bits I didn't care about. This left a cumulative 15 minutes of film;
1) Blondie is racing around a parking lot, spins out for no reason. Idiot.
2) at the diner, trailer trash looking guy pulls up in his R33 Skyline. Try to ignore trailer trash looking guy.
3) The first race, why oh why does the floor blow up? And who let Ja Rule talk? Saw the White MkII Supra in the backround twice. Woot!
4) Long bout of channel surfing (Final Fantasy movie is on). Came back just in time for the big panoramic shots at the beginning of race wars. Then back to FF
5) Came back at the end to catch 90% of the Charger's screen time. I swear, that thing has ten times the screen presence of blondie whatsisname.

I should absolutely hate that Del Sol, but it actually makes a kind of cool looking package. I don't know. I'm going soft in the head, maybe.

I like it too. The backend is a bit too square, but it mostly works.

I think you're both mad... It looks like someone stepped on a GTR... Although, I absolutely can't stand it when people try to make one car into another... It's even worse when it's a mixture of cars (Eclipse headlights with Supra taillights)... It just drives me mad... I guess I'm just a purist...

;)

I agree with everything you're saying, I should hate it, but somehow I don't.

I guess it's done well... The body work and integration of the different ellements... I see what you're saying...

The color of the car is disgusting, the body kit and the whole rice out piece of **** is disgusting.
For sale? If he's even able to sell that car he is lucky, thats for sure.
