Ether that, or it's a ghetto blown front diffuser.

On Memorial weekend they are going to do a drawing to see how many minutes it takes to blow this engine up. They will be draining the oil, draining all the coolant, setting a brick on the throttle, and let the countdown begin. I believe the money might go to cherity. But there you have it. Ghetto exhaust for the cars funeral.
