It appears to have a police escort. Probably means it isn't street legal. (Or maybe not)

If anyone plans on making a case study on dubious car mods, make sure to include this.

Note the Pringles can spoiler attachment. It's said to increase downforce by 30% when applied correctly.

The scraping seems pretty dumb in my opinion.

It's on airbags, he's just airred out and is grinding on either titanium or steel blocks. It's not that dangerous, back when I was in the truck club guys use to drag for miles and miles. As long as no one is behind you there isn't an issue.

That car is also pretty cool, it was brought back to life from a car that was totaled I believe and I think it was recently rebuilt after being caught in a garage fire.

I wonder who caused it :dunce:

The owner, it was an accident in the garage after a late night of working.

I understand that people don't like the way the car looks, but if you read the story it's pretty inspirational to anyone that ever wanted a project car. The owner is really committed to it and has done a ton of work without caring what anyone else thinks.

Slamming a car isn't questionable. It makes the car look great, depending on how you do it. The only questionable part about slamming a car is what car you do it to.

Slamming a car is no different than adding a huge aftermarket wing. They add no performance value and from an aesthetic standpoint, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally don't like most slammed cars since they are usually common, cheap econoboxes.

I would like to call our attention to the absolutely pathetic trend that is the "TRUCK NUTZ". I saw a pair of them today, IN COLOMBIA of all places. Gosh, I wish such a vulgar trend had stayed in the US. Even worse, they were hanging from a freakin' Dodge RAM! Talk about wannabe redneck! I don't need to meet the owner to know he must be a gigantic femenine hygiene product that thinks he's an actual gringo ranchero.

Seriously, TRUCK NUTZ guys, we already know you have no balls, stop putting them on your trucks!

My grandpa has a pair on his Ram, and he is in no way a Redneck. They were a gift and he thought it was funny. I wouldn't use them but I find them funny as well.

My friend talked about lifting his 2WD GMC Sierra stupid high, painting the driveshaft peach/pink and hanging a pair of nuts from the back

Thing is, he's crazy enough to do it :scared:

I mean, on the case of your grandpa it may actually be meant as a joke, but in the particular car, given the context, I'm sure the guy bought those nuts not for laughs but just to pretend he's a stereotypical texan...but is just another chicano. I actually picture your grandpa's RAM as a truck that should have a stain or two in the trackbed and carries loads on a frequent basis, but the RAM I'm telling you about was pristine and parked in a very classy side of town...with truck nuts.

It's basically this but with smoked rain window visors on the windows, chrome running boards and chrome nerf bars running the length of the bed that serve as tie downs. The only thing he really hauls is the occasional piece of ply wood or his trailer with a four wheeler.
