It would look beyond awesome if painted!

So I saw something exaclty like this today.....

Rolls-Royce-Phantom-1.jpg

*note not my pic.

Upon seeing this I went into a fit of rage and ranted about rich people and no taste and made some racial slurs regarding the driver.

Yes, so much WIN!!!!! :D

Of all the cars and circumstances in which this short-minded view would be wrong, a Beetle is probably one of the worse. Do you know what you can do with these? If there is one car in which you don't need a small block to have fun in, that's a Beetle.
👍 Having spent some driving a Beetle, i can't think of anything one needs less than a bigger, heavier engine sat out behind the rear axle.

Well, you could mount it midships, but still, there is no need for one as you can pretty much make it fly hopping up the original engine, and for a fraction of the cost of what you'd need to put a V8 in one, without even mentioning all the work involved. And the aftermarket parts for VWs are so cheap, it's just a joy.

The good things about living in Florida, you do often see some nice cars that range from new sports cars to classic hot rods & muscle cars.

The bad things about living in Florida; these things:

Have I mentioned how much I hate stupid rims and donks? Yeah, I probably have, but still. Just because it can be save, it doesn't make it any less questionably stupid.

This is the best looking one, at least he didn't give it a stupid paint scheme.

I really don't like pink on that many cars, I just think pink looks tacky on some of them.

But but but... doesn't 'dropping in' a small block make everything instantly better? :sly:

It does. And I'm totally serious. I'm all for the V8-in-everything school of thought, but the work of putting one in a Beetle just isn't worth it when you can practically get the same results with the stock VW engine. I won't talk about "easier" swaps like rotarys/subaru boxer/porsche flat-6 because even if easier, they would take quite more money to pull off

They make bolt in subframes you can literally bolt a 302 and transaxle to and go.

Not sure on the price though.

How to rice a Lamborghini in the most insulting way possible - check. Seriously, Metallic tiger print on it, red lines in the car and parts that goes for it, ugly interior and wheels and most importantly...neon.

Now let me have a very honest question.

WHO ****ING PUTS NEON ON AN EXOTIC?!?!

I saw this video on vice on youtube.. that car belongs to a very important person in the japanese mafia or something

Look at the body overhang on the front wheel. It amazes me how much bigger cars have gotten.

_________

This thing is popping up all over the internet.

^ This is the only reason of having a Donk'ed car, since it gets flooded where these cars came from.

If you absolutely have to look like a d-bag in an area prone to flooding then why not just get a lifted truck and tailgate canoes or something? (DISCLAIMER: I DON'T THINK MOST PEOPLE WHO OWN LIFTED TRUCKS ARE D-BAGS JUST THE SELECT FEW WHO OWN THEM PURELY FOR INTIMIDATION FACTOR)
