But your definition of rims and wheels is wrong.

Your definition of what rims are is more what lugs nuts are and rimz are a slang word for wheels. Wheels are not are combination of tires and rims.

I say wheel is the entire package. But I also call it the metal piece your tire sits on. I also call that a rim. Rim can also be the outer edge. Just depends.
