I'd call it a muscle car. The newer ones are kinda supercar/muscle car hybrids, like the Dodge Vipers.
I don't call Corvettes or Vipers muscle cars. They're sports cars and supercars, respectively. Corvette is too handling-oriented, and the Viper is sort of a hybrid between muscle/supercar.

Yup.

There was various styles. These, plus Beef's.

In some respects the SVT Cobras of the SN-95 is like the ultimate sleeper; as the fewer scoops are carved into the hood and flanks, and the less the wheels and spoiler look like crappy aftermarket items, the more power it came with from the factory.

This Pinto was spotted at a race shop, receiving a custom built roll cage. This photo was taken about four years ago, at a shop in the San Francisco area. (Not my picture.) I wonder what happened to it?

Wrong thread?

Anyway that Corvette above is nice. For a single glance. You know..... see it coming down the road... 'look a Corvette!' and move on with your life.

I would hate living with it though. That hood scoop must get annoying.

If I remember correctly, that was posted here long ago, and it turned out that the rear bumper was removed just for photography purposes. That is, if the lack of the rear bumper is what you're thinking about.

@Johnny1996 Its the whole thing. That spoiler is idiotic, and JDM style stickers on a 911 is just wrong. Also if I'm not mistaken its running very wide drag tires?

the 250 GTO is the common body conversion for the S-30 chassis Z (240 260 and 280Z). cars, known as Velo Rossas some well done ones can sell for upwards of 40k

there is one out there that is actually more ferrari than datsun at this point in time, sporting correct engine/ trans and legit interior... the owner tells stories about sneaking into ferrari only concourse shows and laughing at all the fiero kits being turned away
the Daytona Coupe is usually done with the S-130 chassis cars(280ZX)

if anyone is curious here is the kit manufacturer http://www.reactionresearch.com/automotivedetails.htm

in the mid 80s they where actually sued by ferrari for being too accurate and had to modify their molds...
