BMW is fastest but hardest to control.
it is also the quickest off the line
handles best
has the best tyre wear

but its just all about if you can control it

I had another tenth left in my quali lap, but I know spurgy also had 2 tenths left in his, didn't have enough time to get used to car/tyre/track combo to get the best out of it. I prefer driving the diesel version tbh, got more torque and is easier to control oversteer with gear changes.

4 races takes way too long, especially with 2 qualy sessions and restarts from the inevitable disconnections. I know you don't want to be too much like ToCA, but qualifying followed by 3 races works well.

Do what you must; please don't remove any of the races. :( I love having 4 opportunities to race with the top guys. :)

Goodbye Q2. Q1 will now be all week long, with the deadline being 2 P.M. EST Saturday - one hour before races start.

That much is certain. Q2 lost its purpose when the rest of the regs came together. But, we should continue to discuss more.

Race 1 Results:

Spurgy - 25
Sig - 18
Sakery - 15
roflwaffle - 12
Ciro - 10
cnd01 - 8
MrM - 6
buck - 4
ettick - 2
CAM - 1

No fault found for accident involving Sig, gokartman, buck, cnd and mamaghi. Gokartman lost control at the apex of the corner, and found himself spinning across traffic with 9 cars following soon after. Chain reaction was inevitable. Thank you for remaining calm and not accusing anyone. Thank you for the sportsmanship.

Race 2 Results:

Ettick - 25
buck - 18
Spurgy - 15
Ciro - 12
Sakery - 10
CAM - 8
BW - 6
roflwaffle - 4
Jacob - 2
MrM - 1

No fault found for accidents involving... everyone... at the start. Sig's car was immobilized by the "DNS glitch." Everyone had to take evasive action to avoid hitting Sig's car. This made the start rather clustered.

I agree, we either need to:

a) Start earlier
b) only do 3 races
c) make all the races a little shorter in length

Gotta prioritise for the majority
This. So much this.

a 10PM BST would be nice for us Brits, really not in the mood to stay up to 11.

Yes as ever my most loyal squire siggers has made a good point, my only concern is he may one day be foolish enough to lead a revolt against my crown, which was bestowed upon me by the seven gods. HRH buckfast

If this will be reality, I will not be racing. As it is now, I am missing the first and second race because they were at 06 in the morning, so if the race will be moved an hour earlier, there is no way, I will be joining. I can only speak for myself, but others might disagree with me.

So please consider us here in Australia before taking any final decisions.

Btw I was a bit too tired as well to concentrate fully on the racing.

Races where veery nice and from my perspective pretty clean.

Apart from my R2 T1 Start incident with I think buck.
Lap1 of R1 comming out of T7 I had a Days of Thunder Moment where a few guys spun out and produced some smoke and me just slmamed through without contact :D
Tried to get sig and Amtried to get me but neither thing happend (Spurgy was unreachable so hes just a side note xDD).

R2 was harder and my low amount of testing payed off -_-
Was in the backtrain where everybody slowed themselves :D
I made (hopefully) a good pass on Mel on the outside of the Hairpin but went collecting Sand 2 turns later -_-
Closed the gap again. We raced till the end for the positions. Mel suddenly was not in the pack anymore so me raced with Am and he had the better end.

Had to go after that so no R3/4 for me, but hey 25 points for 1/6 of the R-O championship is ok :D

I´ll probably stay in the Mini, although half the field kills me Topspeed-wise. (no complain cause handling is very nice)

I tried to be you, and failed. Around the outside at the hairpin only works for that nimble Cooper. So, when I tried to pass roflwaffle, I hit the grass and went in to an unrecoverable spin. Not even opposite lock and full throttle helped me.
