Lol I find it funny that in the last days of gt5, I've made a unbelievable track creator track.

How do I set tracks to be used by friends, because it really does take ballsy driving, and would suit itcc cars. That was only the second time I'd had a go in track creator.

I've yet to drive a track creator course that I've liked - outside of rally stages, which are typically meant to be unknown/challenging/off-camber-difficult.

Looks like a majority of the votes have favoured the following tracks:

1. Silverstone National
2. Spa
3. Trial Mountain
4. Brands Hatch
5. Bathurst
6. Apricot Hill
7. Nürburgring 24hr.
8. Motegi East
9. Laguna Seca
10. Ascari

So, that is our preliminary schedule pending any changes post-GT6-release. Basically, if everything still runs smoothly at those circuits (no horrendous/stupid/out-of-place glitches or extremely difficult to drive corners) that will be our season... Organized to be a logical progression through tracks, not organized by number of votes as it's currently organized.

An example would be to start with Silverstone National, Brands Hatch, Spa, Ascari, and so on as a European leg, before moving on to U.S.A. and Oceania/Asia.

One of the Matterhorn tracks is un-be:drool: Oh sorry I just thought about the undulation and corner variety and started to gorg at it again.:dopey::bowdown::D

I don't see how anyone can stand the track. It's soooo absurdly strange.

The track roster for ITCC 4, you'll see, is amazing. Lots of curb-hopping, lots of passing opportunities, and lots of ITCC-style shenanigans.

Edit: Focus '03 is now Focus '06. I can't stand the styling of the wings on the '03. what a stupid looking scaffolding rig.

 not that type. I'm more talking about the points battles, etc. Than I am crashing etc.

Compare last season (pretty clean) to season 1 (...) Yeah. Season 3 had more shenanigans than season 1.

Okay, right then:

1: Alfa Romeo GT 3.2 V6 24V ’04
2: Audi S4 ’03
3: BMW 330i ’05
4: Ford Focus ST ’06
5: Honda ACCORD Euro-R ’02
6: Opel/Vauxhall Vectra 3.2 V6 ’03
7: Peugeot 406 Coupé 3.0 V6 ’98
8: Seat Ibiza Cupra ’04
9: Volvo S60 T-5 Sport ’03
10: Mazda 6 5-door ‘03

Those are the cars I'm currently testing. Some may or may not survive the process of elimination. Italicized cars have a premium interior view.

And the tracks for Season 4:

Silverstone National will kick things off in dramatic wet/dry weather fashion, followed by Trial Mountain, Deep Forest Raceway, an endurance event at Bathurst (the top voted circuit), Special Stage Route 5, Ascari Race Resort, Côte D'Azur endurance, Apricot Hill Raceway, and a Spa-Francorchamps Endurance.

1: Silverstone National (sprint type) - with weather change - Northamptonshire, UK
2: Trial Mountain (sprint type) - Salzburg, Austria
3: Deep Forest Raceway (sprint type) - St. Petersburg, Russia
4: Mt. Panorama Circuit (endurance type) - with time/weather change - Bathurst, Australia
5: Special Stage Route 5 (sprint type) - Tokyo, Japan
6: Ascari Race Resort (sprint type) - with time/weather change - Ronda, Spain
7: Côte D'Azur (endurance type) - Monte Carlo, Monaco principality, France
8: Apricot Hill Raceway (sprint type) - with time/weather change - Porto, Portugal
9: Brands Hatch (sprint type) - with time/weather change - Surrey, UK
10: Spa Francorchamps (endurance type) - with time/weather change - Ardennes Forest, Belgium

Yes, some of your favourite circuits are missing. Yes, there are some old, boring tracks in there. We have to leave some fun for ITCC5, right? The tracks have been chosen to keep things exciting. Every week, the circuit will feel entirely fresh - no city course after city course after city course nonsense.

And, since some people may or may not have had a chance to drive some of the ITCC cars, I'll open up the teams/cars/driver registration. Good luck in Season 4!

Picked up my gt6 copy today. Haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I'm watching and waiting. I might have to drop in a time or two at least :) cnd mountain is calling my name

You're welcome to join, as always.

Just keep in mind, though, that there's only one American car - the Neon is not in this season. If you want an American car, like in Season II, well you've gotta grab it.

I'll have to drive the cars on gt6 to figure out what I want. Bathurst endurance sounds tempting as well. I'm assuming specs are still subject to change.

Specifically for Audi, BMW, and Focus mainly. The Focus has that fancy dancy diffuser... I'm not sure how much faster that will make it. BMW and Audi have the other drivetrains, not FF...

Specs should remain pretty similar, though... So long as all 10 cars can meet the ideal HP/weight for that drivetrain.

What have you noticed through testing as of now? I'm curious as to how the different platforms gel.

That the Honda Accord looks lovely when lowered?

Otherwise, that ITCC 3 tuning setups are a pretty good start for ITCC 4, and that I need more money for the rest of the cars. I've purchased all of them except the Peugeot, now I just need to upgrade all of them. I am getting through all of the licenses and such to make the money which goes straight into ITCC cars, but it's not enough to upgrade all 10 as I want to.

Even the Honda doesn't have Inters or Wets yet.

Edit: But, I know that a good lap at Bathurst is 2:23.xxx approximately. (with 305 hp...)

Gotcha. Seems like some good fun to be had. What's your stance on stewarding and race incidents

What are those? Those don't happen here. Never heard of them.

Well, the AI who spins me into the wall at Daytona would get a 200 point penalty for spinning the leader on the last lap... BUT that doesn't happen online... Or, at least, it won't, without consequences.

Otherwise, you're going to have to be more specific. In general, I'll be following ITCC 3 rules, with ITCC 3 points, slightly modified to allow for fastest lap points and most laps led points.

So, quickest summary possible:

- 1 move per straightaway (no blocking)
- no divebombing (brake before the car in front)
- no driving backwards ever
- no intentional contact which causes another driver to [need to] slow down
- no impeding traffic by blocking the road or pushing etc.

Okay. Just seeing how much trouble I can get into :P

Looks good but we need lots more testing to make sure specs are even
