I have been racing in the A Class Race Regulation BETA lobby a lot in the past 3 weeks. I must say, it is some of the best racing I have ever been a part of. I know the race regulations still have some flaws, but for the most part, it keeps the corner cutters and rammers/blockers out of the lobby.
The emphasis on clean laps and respectful facing really makes for some enjoyable racing. The fastest cleanest drivers are always at the front, as it should be.
Again, while not 100% perfect, I really hope that all the public Lobbies/Hoppers in Forza 8 have these race regulations. Maybe the real racers would come back, and the corner cutting "wanna-be" racers would go to Horizon. Oh the thought! How delightful it would be!
