Racing the 24 Hour races

After so many laps, my drivers have lost all their strength, and want to pit and change drives every lap. I was about 4 hours into the race when I noticed this. Mental Strength seems to be OK on the way out of the pits, but the Strength is minimal and gone by the time Bob hits the second corner, and the P sign comes on, Into the pits he goes, changes drivers, ad nauseum.

Sort of hard to win a race even if you are lapping AI's the first two hours, if you pit every lap! WTF???

Turn off Pit Strength management (or whatever it's called).

I've noticed that the driver goes into a pitting loop even when there's only one driver selected for the race. Bacchus went into this loop on more than one occasion, even on the shorter endurance races. I recon its a bug (usually he does consistent laps even with no physical and mental strength left). And that's with no pit strategy set.

But yeah, extremely frustrating

I've noticed the same thing. If I turn off the Pit Strategy will my drivers ever pit? I don't want to have to sit and watch this for 24hrs.

Drivers will always pit for gas and tires as needed. The strength strategy only applies to mental and physical strength of the current driver (and its pretty much useless).

Yes, they'll pit when they run out of fuel or the tires are worn out.
