Sorry to bring this up again.. but i'm currently starting to learn this track in GT4 and read every post about it in the forums. Then I was trying to download some vids with real footage of it and stumbled here... :dopey:
Unfortunately, the link doesn't work anymore. Can anyone update the link or direct me somewhere so I can download this vid?? Seems amazing!! :scared: Even more then the GTR M3 I just got (but it's corrupted about 80% of the track :ouch: )...

In case anyone's still looking for this, it's on youtube and google videos (obvious search terms), or here:

you can also get a DVD with the lap (presumably in much better quality), commentary from the driver, and a bunch of other stuff featuring the same car - http://www.radicalextremesportscars.com/news_folder/nord0905/dvd_buy.php . After I found the video at random I shelled out for the DVD straight away - 19.99UKP is quite steep in other currencies but I figure it's worth it! didn't arrive yet though.

I'd love to meet whoever was driving the Merc he overtook going onto the back straight. That guy must have had the shock of his *life*...:)

My DVD copy arrived today: it's a cool DVD, definitely worth the purchase. The in-car video isn't *great* quality, but definitely better than it looks in the downloadable video, and the commentary from the driver is great (especially in its understatement: with the car on the edge of breaking loose at over 100mph through Pflantzgarten, he's saying "car feels a bit light here...") The other stuff is neat too - a very short documentary style intro, some alternate views of the 'ring lap (the rear view camera is fun when he passes the Merc, you can just see it disappear into the distance), and some racing footage, including a very entertaining in-car view of an all-Radical race at Cadwell Park, a U.K. circuit I hadn't seen before the DVD came but which looks fantastic - just like a mini-nurburgring, very narrow with crazy elevation changes and unconventional corners.
