nice idea to tune the slightly odd cars and getting them 2 shake up the racing world but ur were racing the AI which only play follow the leader and those racing soft tyres give you a huge advantage over the computer as they were probably running sports hard so that 22 second win aint tht special

I'll check it out, always liked the look of this truck, but haven't gotten around to driving it. Im glad it's something to look forward to.

Ok i can see your new :the idea is to give people some tunes that may help them out with setting up their cars yes this runs race soft tires but you buy you choose, I just made this vehicle a real alternative choice that handles well and is fun to drive on race or sport tires.
While your right i was only racing the AI, they still had 100HP or so more and the Rover will take on a lot more competition and be competitive so when you have something constructive to give to the community please do, if not read a few more post and think before you speak

Your new as well so i don't understand why your acting like your a platinum member, and yes you are meant to give tunes but you are also meant to comment on people's tunes and tell them what you think. Hence why i said the results of 22 seconds over the AI isn't that special as tyres hold a much greater advantage than power and weight. I used a stingray with only 450bhp in a race against the AI (veyrons, enzos, VW nardo) i had racing meds and they were running sports hard round the nurburgring and i beat them by 20secs (was 25secs but the straight let them catch up). so all i'm saying is use the car and run it against other real life players with the same tyres to get a proper idea of what the car can do but you'll have to wait for PSN servers to comeback up.

I have no idea why you would question the validity of a set up when you obviously have not tested it yourself ,If you had and been able to offer constructive criticism your comments would not have been met with such opposition. However you felt the need to pass judgment based entirely on a comment that referred to the users experience whilst testing and setting up the vehicle.
As for insinuating that platinum members act in any other way than any other member of the forum ,well im not sure whether your trying to insult me or the many platinum members that contribute to these pages either way it seems you wanted to start a flame war .
So im afraid i will continue to post what i believe to be helpful and well received (see https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=163990) tunes to the community ,And you no doubt will carry on searching for post`s you can offer your wise words of wisdom to .

Why should the word of a platinum member have more weight than ours?
Why is he "meant to give tunes"?

On the other hand:

Ok i can see you're new.....
Fail!

But it's nice to see you guys in this forum (oh I know, I'm new too:embarrassed:).
The tune looks like it's understeering, right? I'll try it.

I'm not starting any kind of flame war i have no idea what that is anyway, all i did was question your testing of the tune and i gave the way i would test the tune that is all. At no point did i pass judgement on your experiences only the technique he used to test the tune. It would be the same in any community if someone felt that they way another individual went about something was not the best way then it would be within his rite to bring it up just the same way i did. I felt that the testing of the tune was not the best way to go about it.

As for the platinum member comment you don't seem to understand my point. My point with the platinum member comment is that you are no seasoned veteran of gtplanet forums and proceeding to give me advice like you are does not make sense to me especially with the phrasing that you used "I can see your new here". So are you.

I've got a decent tune for a maxxed out Rangie', i'll post it later tonight if the OP is ok with it on here?

Will do but unfortunatly it wont be tonight as previously suggested but i'll do my best to get it to you tommorrow.

You know I agree that winning those races on RS tires is super easy, I have to tell you, the AI uses sports soft tires in the "supercar" seasonal events.:sly:

Depends on the lineup and the track.

Win with 20 secs over the Veyron isn´t that hard.He should try that against the R 390 and/or the C12 S 7.3 on SSR5. ;)
