Currently 1:28 after 4 laps (and i'm a bad driver)
edit - if they cut last corner it's easy I think, but you need to train, tune and aero your car (I never aero my NSX).

So just for fun I slapped a set of RS tires on my 550PP Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track '13 and had a go at Trial Mountain.
Here's a link to the tune.

Suggest raising ride height to 100/105 and changing camber to 0.8/0.6
Otherwise rest is the same.

I was in mid 1:25s with my bad driving so pretty sure better drivers than me could shave a couple seconds off that easy. Also I drive with automatic transmission so going MT and adjusting 6th gear so its usable on this track should make a big difference.👍👍

1:28'608 (clean), the 1:28 I posted earlier was dirty.

Can't do better than this time, using all the tricks I know with this car (long box, standard clutch, no aero) on this track (could be my setup). Could go in the 1:27 I think, with training because I had -1.5 sec advance on my ghost before last S that turned to be -0.5 sec at the finish line.

I would have posted the tune tonigth but this little challenge helped me see a few things I didn't noticed to polish the car :)

edit : here the tune, I'll make a clean topic later:

Conditions : DS3, Realistic grass, MT, no driving aid but ABS 1

NSX Type S Zero '99 @ 541PP (could be this NSX model but not for 4 seconds I think)

(front / rear)
Racing soft / Racing soft

Susp
70 / 90
13.37 / 12.03
4 / 5
3 / 5
4 / 3
1.2 / 1.3
0.00 / 0.00

Brakes @ 4 / 4

Gearbox @360km/h (torque bandwith at the slope before the U turn)

LSD 6 / 10 / 10

Standard clutch (helps LSD, lock less violently)

+oil change

+all parts but aero, no NOS (may be this too)

123.349 on my second lap with an R34 GTR. It's not my best track or car, and it's not tuned for RS tires. I also didn't have the best race line. So I would say you need to put more time in tuning and really refining your race line. With out watching you race it's hard to say what is the problem.

1. Camber, for now, use 0 degrees since for some reason it doesn't work in GT6 and 0 degrees give the most grip. (Unless I'm now extremely out of date and PD have patched this already)
Camber works allready...

Try a FF, MR, FR or RR and maybe your times will change :)

The cars he told about were a MR for the NSX and a FR for the Sheby...

Hey you were right! My lap times did change when I took my NSX out and did a quick tune for RS tires.

121.995 It was on the second lap and wasn't the cleanest.

Sounds like you got lucky. I live in Japan so im forced to race with these geeks. 99% of the Japanese rooms are totally open with no rules or restrictions, and fools just drive around in circles for hours. OR they race at the same track, all day, everyday. My buddy only does 420pp CS tire at the Ring. Thats the only room he hosts. Japanese guys are...interesting.
