Not just one-off liveries but also liveries that were only used for a few races or so or not raced at all, like test liveries for instance.

Intended to cover all forms of Motorsport.

Jordan and Tyrrell's original 1995 race liveries.

No, your RGB balance isn't off. This is Keke Rosberg driving a yellow and white Marlboro McLaren in the 1986 Portuguese GP. They used a yellow livery to advertise Marlboro lights.

McLaren's Senna helmet tribute livery from Monaco this year got me thinking of anyone else can think of a car's livery which is based on the helmet design specifically of a driver?

I mean that's what I meant when I said rare liveries.

Yeah, like that!

Regarding the helmet design basis, the 1995 Forti livery was also based on Senna's helmet design but doesn't really count because it did a full season.

There was also the Gulf McLaren from the 2021 Monaco GP.

Right, leaving for a bit before I get carried away again.

Behold the original dark blue and orange Gulf livery that competed in the Florida enduros at the start of the 1967 season. Shortly after, Gulf decided to change-up the color scheme to the now iconic powder blue that was taken from the recently acquired Wilshire Oil Company.

I have posted it in the Classic Motorsports Photo thread before but at the 1997 RAC Tourist Trophy, the Renault Lagunas raced with a completely unique Sega livery instead of their usual Kaliber livery.

In an additional one-off because it was a post-season race, these 1997 cars (numbers 2 and 22) raced with their 1998 numbers (numbers 1 and 3).

Matt Neal's first BMW 3 Series E36 livery.

Only used for the final race of 1992 at Silverstone and at that year's TOCA Shootout.

Ironically, this was the same car that took Neal's previous M3 out Knockhill with Colin McRae at the wheel.
