I would really LOVE to see the Sunfire GXP concept make it into this if at all possible.
If at all possible.

I'm sticking with mid-size, FF 4-door cars for now.
You probably don't need me to tell you, but the Primera 20V and Citroen C5 would fit perfectly in what you are trying to do.

Pug 307 Xsi and Megane 16V are hatches, but would fit in decently as well (as they are midsize-ish FF). Altezza, Legacy, 330i and Audi S4 have incorrect drivetrain (not FF), but are midsize 4-doors with similar power and weight to the first three you tested.

I'm currently testing the Primera 20V right now. :P

Just got the Opel Vectra to within a couple tenths of the first two cars, still working on the Nissan and the Honda. Getting close though. Also tested the Volvo S60 T5 but it's too fast. That one will need some work.

I check those other ones out.

Edit: Primera, Vectra and Accord added to OP. All the cars so far are within ~3 tenths of each other. A different air filter combination on the Nissan will actually help it pick up a few tenths, so since it's the slowest so far if it needs some extra oomph, it's a simple change.

Hey mate, did you test the Toyota Aerotourer '02?

The Corolla? Not yet, since it's considered a "compact" car, and wouldn't exactly fit with these cars. There's a possibility that we could do two separate classes, one mid-size class and a compact class. But that all depends on the amount of interest.

Would the Mazda Protege also be in the "compact car" category?? That car handles very well to my suprise and I think it should be considered. 💡 Also I know you have the 02 Accord (beautiful car by the way) how about the 2000 Accord ? Will that one make an appearance also??

It would be a compact. The Mazda6 handles really well too, as you can see by my testing it has the least amount of power out of them all, but manages to keep up so well with it's great handling.

It's the same story with a lot of the cars. Some handle better than others, but some make up ground with speed, so it all evens out. The track I tested them at is a good mixture of speed and handling and they're lap times are really close.

Nah, it's going to be one or the other and I decided to go with the newer one.

I wouldn't mind, but it depends on the track of course. Some tracks I just simply can not drive an FF on. :P

In a couple weeks, Saturday or Sunday around mid-day.

Would be an hour long race, x2 pit stops mandatory.

Who would be interested if I just made this an endurance spot race?
Yes. I wouldn't be able to/am not interested in a series, I'm in 4 race series already + testing for GT500 with Gamesta. But I like the formula here and standard cars that aren't high powered race cars are hardly used in GT race series; I would be interested in a spot race if the time works for me. 👍

Btw, if you don't have a C5 to test, I could give you mine. It's no problem.

The Dodge SRT4 is also an FF 4-door that is similar in size to the other cars here. You could take a look at it as well.

The SRT-4 is based on the Dodge Neon, which is considered a compact car. I'm going to wait on that one for now.

Since this may end up being just a spot race, I've added a poll to see which track people would like to race on. Please vote. :)

Put me down with one of this!

I would be happy with one of your custom tracks or grand valley 👍

I voted Gp/F RT but grand valleys good too :) (I may or may not make the race depending on time)

In for a spot race a series... Voted for Grand Valley, would enjoy either forward or reverse variations... Anyone have a Alfa 166 I could trade for? lol

Looks like Grand Valley is the front runner. If anyone needs cars, I can keep an eye out for them in my UCD. Saw an Alfa on Saturday but let it cycle through.

Another vote for Grand Valley Speedway. :)

I've got (at least) two Alfa 166s, I can definitely give one of them away.

Also, the way I would like to do the number of each car allowed, is 2 cars for a team of drivers + 1 independent driver. 3 of each car total.

I have all the cars apart from the honda and can copy and send them if anyone needs them. 👍

Ok! Let's make my entry official!

GTP Name: Jav (PSN Name: Jav122678) - Body Color: Nighthawk Black Pearl / Wheel Color: Silver

I'm quite interested, will try and cycle through the UCD as I know for a fact I have none of these cars
