Wednesday GT6 Season 1

Japanese Street Cars, tuning allowed up or down to 525pp, No Nitrous, Sport Softs or less, other regulations same as previous Wed races. Get a car or two ready.
 
Really mad that GT6 is somewhat hacked already with this credit glitch. I say wipe everyone out and make us start all over again. I'm not that far into it to set me back much. Sort of ruined it for me already. Glad I did not buy any credits with real money. I'd really be mad then.

I am pleased with the latest update that addresses the credits. I feel it sort of eliminates the need to do the credit cheat. Feeling good about the game again. Thank You SONY.

Still think they should wipe out all the credit cheat cars though. Maybe in a later update.

  • 10 Weeks / 10 Tracks
  • Japanese Street Cars
  • Any Year or Make
  • Tuning Allowed to 525 PP
  • Sports Soft or less
  • No Nitrous
Race 1 - Fuji Speedway F
Race 2 - Twin Ring Motegi West
Race 3 - Tsukuba
Race 4 - Suzuka East
Race 5 - Twin Ring Motegi Superspeedway
Race 6 - Twin Ring Motegi East
Race 7 - Fuji Speedway GT
Race 8 - Twin Ring Motegi Road Course
Race 9 - Tokyo R246 (Normal)
Race 10 - Suzuka Circuit (Weather Change)

Tracks will open at 9:30 pm eastern. 10 minute single qualifying will start at 9:50 pm eastern..
Races start at 10:00 pm eastern
25 minute race
10 minute break
25 minute race with a reverse starting grid.
You do not have to race in all the races to participate in the league races.

Anybody or body's have the time to take photos of some of the races to post here on facebook and on the GTPlanet page? Do not need every race done, just would like to get some race photos posted once in a while. I just do not have the time to do that plus keep 3 sites running and posting all the race info.

Great fun last night. It was my fist experience with any GT online league racing. It was a welcome change from the usual experience of having your race ruined by someone dive bombing you in a tight corner.

Glad you enjoyed it. It will get better as you learn each persons driving style. You will also learn to drive better with real people as opposed to the A.I. cars in the career mode. Next week is going to real tight. It's a small track and tiring at 40 laps.
 
I was practicing and tuning all week in prep for race 1 with a BRZ. I assumed road cars meant typical day to day cars. I was getting 1:50:00 on my best laps. Then I entered the room and saw everyone had an LFA or NSX and were hitting 1:41:00 lap times. SO I had to make a last minute change to an LFA just to compete. And that car is squirrely as heck in the corners. I did learn a lot trying to control that beast. Will probably make a change next week tho.
 
Next week is a short track, Motegi West, each week the tracks get longer til the end. By street cars I mean a car that was or is available for purchase at some point. Basically you just can not use a touring car, race car, etc.

Glad you enjoyed it. We will do it again. Some say, racing an oval is boring. I think not. I was concentrating so hard not to hit anyone or loose control of the car.
 
GT500 Championship Coming Soon

Will be 4ea 50 or 60 mile races. Car horse power will be limited to 493 HP and 1150kg weight. Get you a car picked out but DO NOT tune yet. If I can find 4 tracks where the trans will not top out then we will run with NO TUNING. More details to follow.
