Finally after getting a new computer, finding some time to do it, and actually getting around to it, here is my Real Life Circuit de Monaco.
Map of the historic circuit

Looking from the start line on Bd Albert 1er down to Sainte Devote
Sainte Devote, turning right onto Avenue d'Ostende
Beau Rivage on the hill on Avenue d'Ostende
(Still hate buses...)
Main road turns left into Av. Princess Alice, we continue on Av. de Monte-Carlo towards the Casino and around turn 3, Massenet
Casino corner, the actual casino is to our right
Down the hill, over the bump, towards Mirabeau Haute. Mirabeau Hotel in the distance
Haute meaning "High" in French.

Around Mirabeau Haute is the Fairmont Monte Carlo and the slowest and tightest corner in F1

Close up view of the Grand Hotel Hairpin
Wonder why there's not Fairmont logo, maybe PD didn't get the rights to use it?

After crawling 'round the hairpin, no time to look at the elevation difference or the Mirabeau Hotel again, Mirabeau Bas awaits us
"Bas" meaning "Low" in French

Under the Bd du Larvotto Overpass

Portier, sidewalk, railing, water

Exit of Portier beckons the mouth of the Tunnel
Again, no Fairmont logo

About 1/3 the way through the tunnel

Aaaaargh, HRD means the exit of the strangley wide tunnel section

Exiting the tunnel we're welcomed by the Monaco Skyline

Nouvelle Chicane is where the Track goes along the waterfront, regular cars keep going on Bd Louis II towards Sainte Devote

Looking back towards the Nouvelle Chicane from Tabac

Tabac, with Sainte Devote top right-ish

Exit of Tabac looking towards Louis Chiron and the Swimming Pool section

Louis Chiron chicane, Louis was an Race Driver from Monaco
Louis Chiron Wiki Article

Turn 15, Piscine (Pool) on our right

This is where I get confused, I'd say the circuit goes through the tables and chairs on the right...

...And rejoins back at La Rascasse

Intersection of Bd Albert 1er, Av du Port, Av de la Quarantaine and Route de la Piscine which makes up turns 19 in a section called Anthony Noghès, the founder the of Monaco Grand Prix

Begining of Boulevard Albert 1er, Tunnel Rocher Palais exit on the left

Woo, Monaco done, hope you guys like it, does anybody else think the GT5 Version is much wider than real life, probably to make passing much easier.
So that's my Real Life Street Circuit Tour of GT5, I'll create an index topic, link to all these and see if I can get it Stickied.
Cheers.
