When I'm actually drunk, I stick to the time trials or just browse around and mess with the cars.. but a few beers when racing in the evening is a standard. When I happen to drink more than a few, I will start seeing it in my lap times before I start feeling drunk, so that's a sign for me to go offline...

Nobodies lives are at risk, you're playing a video game.
As long as you're not so inebriated that you are ruining the fun for other players why would it matter if you have some beers.

I play video games drunk sometimes, it's fun - I usually don't play competitive online games because I'll lose rating, but I play in non-rated matches, like I drive in lobbies while drunk.

I did a night time Bathurst race the other day in some crappy N100 cars while driving in cockpit cam and I was pretty drunk - it was a lot of fun, I wish I had a wheel as it would've been so much more entertaining.
