Tuning has always been a hobby of mine, the idea of making a car as fast as possible has always struck a cord with me. So, after having quite some success with my tunes I’ve decided to open up a tuning garage. However this garage is based on two things, fast lap times and ease of driving. This means these cars are going to be fully tuned, however I hope these cars won’t be difficult to drive for the average driver. Each car is built to be driven on Sport Softs, however they can just as easily be driven on Racing Softs. Now, just as a FYI, I drive with a wheel. So these setups are built based on the feedback I get from driving.

Current Car List:
Fiat 500 1.2 8V Lounge SS
'07 M3 Coupe
Audi R8 4.2 FSI R Tronic

I’d like you guys to try and test out my setups, tell me what is wrong or you don’t like. One thing I’m pretty sure you guys will notice is that my setups are similar, I happen to tune them similarly and test them to see what happens and I adjust them accordingly. When I feel comfortable with a setup I’ll post it. So here’s the first batch.

This opening post will expand more as I continue to do tunes.

NOTE!
The Horsepower ratings will be different then off the showroom floor, as these have had their motors mostly broken in.

All right, this here is the Hot-Hatch from hell. The 278 horsepower Fiat 500 Lounge, this car will do 0-60 in 5.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 255Kmh. On top of that the car will lap the Nurburgring in less than 8 minutes and will lap Tsukuba in 1:04. This car is built to be raced hard without being hard to drive. These times were set on Sport Softs, however the car can just as easily driven on Racing Softs.

Here it is, the Time Attack M3. This car is pushing out a stunning 580 horsepower while remaining lightweight at only 1342 kilograms. This car is extremely easy going; a smooth line is all she needs to reward a driver. The car is capable of lapping the Nurburgring in 7:12 while also being able to lap Laguna Seca in 1:29, all on Sport Softs.

This here is a monster, almost 750 horsepower and weighing in at a scant 1264 kilos. This car is able to lap the Ring in a mere 6:47 and will run around the Top Gear Test Track in 1:12 (Starting at the line like they do in the show.) This all on Sport Softs, however don’t let these numbers fool you. The car is quite forgiving, allowing for full throttle acceleration at the exit very easily. Overall, this is an extremely quick car that’s just as easy to handle.

These tunes look great! Can't wait to try out the M3 tune. I was wondering if you knew how your R8 tune would work on the Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro '09 since that's the R8 I have.

In theory it should work, the only issue would be the increased power of the V10 version, may make exits a bit more hairy, give it a try it may just work. Also please do give feedback on the M3, I'd like to hear how it handles for others (Let a friend of mine drive it, said it handled great, but I'd need more feedback.)

Alright that's what I thought the only problem with the R8 would be, that is almost 900 hp. I'll try them both out in a little bit.

I just tried this tune in an online lounge. I was running 590hp and no wing (for aesthetic purposes) so no downforce. The car turned in well and I felt the steering was neutral; no under/oversteer. On exit I had a lot of fun giving it just enough gas to kick the back end out a little. The car was easily brought back under control with a dab of opposite lock.

To allow a little more throttle on the exit I added .10 rear toe. This helped keep the back end under control however did add a hint of understeer (which i hate). I am now either going to lower the rear toe or go back to the original tune setting because that was a lot more fun!

This tune may not be the fastest out there (but probably pretty close) but it did put a smile on my face and made this car a joy to drive and that's all that really matters to me. Thanks for the great tune!

NOTE:
Racing Soft Tires were used in testing and I use a driving wheel.

Ahh, thank you for enjoying it :)

And you lacked rear downforce, so it's great to hear the car was still fast and fun.
