I live in a part of PA where there are alot of ricers. Kinda like NYC, and philadelphia, everything is slammed mad low to the ground. Yea you have the people around here who know what they are talking about. But then a ricer will come up in his civic and challenge my friend and his evo 8. its basically ricers vs. power cars here, but we all know who is winning that war
