Remote Racing Prevents Drivers from Aging?

Dear all,

I had to retire or stop using my first 5 drivers, because they got "old" and lose speed and endurance. I want to keep grinding B-spec for money, but don't want to lose more drivers because of aging. Would it be a good idea to share the ones I want to protect online, so that they don't age while I grind some other drivers, short races after short races? Is it true that remote races don't affect the career bar (or experience bar) of either the shared or the unshared drivers, even after the money and xp are downloaded?

It is good if you want to keep your drivers youthful and useful for a long time, but not good if you want to get the air of experience trophy

My drivers started to decline when their bars were just under 3/4 full. So beware while grinding! I had to grind another 4 drivers from level 0 to level 37 as a result (so that I can win B spec Nur with an LMP car)

Ok so if I have a shared driver online and I run a B-Spec race, does that shared driver thats online also age with the other driver? I know that drivers get experience even if they don't race. I had a level 0 driver with no races sitting at the side and I grinded B-Spec for a day and noticed that he gained 1/10th in the silver bar (experience bar).
