Renown Tuning ™ WTC 3 Results Thread

I loved every single event. A little less your F1 combo but still that was not easy, but hard challenge and for this reason also fun. And I'm in WTC-3 to the last 12 round 👍

With Zonda's F, and R i felt like fish in a water tank :)

The R is another "kind of fish". Like I said, I was happy with my time since I never thought of going under 2m so i think its easy to get into it with car than the F. The F has a steeper learning to control.

R10 is now LIVE in both threads. The scores have been updated but I'm unsure whether or not I want to bother filling in the results for R9 considering so few people even participated.

Fill them in, since so few people participated it's not like you have more work with filling in results 👍

R9 and R10 have been updated will full details, and R11 goes up shortly.

The scoreboard has NOT been updated yet.

You guys are my idols... How in he world is it possible to do a sub 7 minutes (I can't even get close to 7...) around the Ring? 👍

You can check my Gallery, now there is my ghost replay :) You can see all 37 corners driven almost without any mistakes, pushing car to the limit and my tune is in here

I can see now that round 11 is going to be fun again :)

Wasn't easy I'll say that much. I wanted to put my fist through something so many times, and I'm still 3-4 tenths off.

Congrats to ussr, you've done Senna proud. :D

I guess that makes me Prost?

EDIT: I remain undefeated at London River; 3-0.

Not i'm baffled. I knew I had to lower that R32 time to get the 2m average and even when I got it thought it was to high (xx.xx.927). The only car left to lower that average was the R32. I knew I could make them 1 second apart or close.

I still can't believe that last try with the R32 made a difference. This was way to close...

I had a podium finish in the last round in a track I love but rarely get it right so I'm more than happy :D

This has been a real fun series. I hope we have more in a near future.

Here are two very special thanks:

1st obviously goes to T-12 for the time dedicated to this and the win at London River... again

I also want greet ussr for the WTC win and the overall performance throughout the series 👍

Entire season was fantastic. Again big thanks for T-12 for he's ideas car choice and track combos :)

Also congratulations to  Romknight, i had a strong feeling that this last round would be yours to take. Ill hope my advices helps you in the future :)

If there will be another WTC challenge then sing my in, i need do defend my Champion title :sly:

Hm. I just realized two of my times are wrong but I've already ripped up the paper with the times on it, so I can't correct them. :grumpy:

I'm pleasantly surprised to have achieved a fourth place in my first ever WTC, I really enjoyed it (despite the whinging about some tracks!). I really do hope there will be a next time for this, it got me to try out some cars that I don't think I would have touched before.

Cheers T-12 for running the competition, and thanks to everyone else too! 👍

If I read the results correctly, that means Michael was less than half a tenth from championship victory on the final round. So close yet so far. Unlucky about that, will you be running another Shift 2 WTC in the not too distant future? I might buy the game if you do. (By the way your signature needs updating and something gifted to me ;)). Congratulations to ussr for winning.

You're all very welcome. :D

As for a WTC 4 I don't know yet but if I do decide to do one (F1 2011 and Forza 4 so close to release would further minimize my already dying interest in the game) you'll see a thread for it. Although it wouldn't be 11 rounds long.

@ Ricky: No. :P

No matter for me which game we compete against each other. It's fun to compete against such skillful players 👍

And as for London River. If this is a test track for T-12 then it's incredible hard to beat him. I had 0:00.900 to him in first split time and then on second i had 0:00.700

I think ill stay on Nordschleife :sly:

There's just something about London River...I can do so much with it with practically any car.

I suck at Royal Mile though. Go figure.

Hi, is it possible to post me your times on London River, so I may have a challenge to see how close i can get?

Just a few cars will do!

Regards U-VVBM

If you need that challenge then you can find all rounds results on first page in this thread. You can challenge any course you want. Stick to restrictions and have fun.

For a starter you cant tacke this. 👍

Track: London River
Car: Radical SR3 RS

Tunes for this car you can find here You can modify tune, not the car. No upgrades.

Lap time to beat: 1:15.645

Split times are as follows

S1: 25.025
S2: 28.362
S3: 22.258

Do you have what it takes :sly: I will try to challenge this lap time for a second time 👍

I've been working on new tune for my Radical SRS because i lost previous that gives my 1:16.

This is still fun. Unofficial R13 then 👍
