Restart questions

I got slamed for 2.2 million when I thought I was bidding 10 k. It switched to buyout and bye bye money.

I plan on restarting the game and I have a few questions.

I have some tokens and some cars I bought with tokens. What happens when I restart? Are my unused tokens still available? Do I still have the cars I bought with tokens?

This question is a little weird. I thought I read that if you put cars up for auction and restart the game you can go to the auctions with your cars still there, end the auction and have the cars back. Does this work and if so how many cars can I do this with??

2.2 million shouldn't be a reason to restart. I can help you out with something if you need it.

Quoting myself here.

Can this be done?

2.2 million is about 40 minutes racing Rivals!
Why do people keep saying things like this? Is it that you take glee in getting people's hopes up only to have them dashed when reality sets in, or do you just really love hyperbole?

Anything you have in mind? I have 10 million that I am not attached to but thats all I have so keep that in mind. I can buy or tune you a car. You can friend request me on XBL if you want to communicate there too.

Even less time if you do it in the drag racing events. But you HAVE to cherry pick the events. If you run your fastest time right away you just screwed yourself. The key is to race the people NEAR you on the leaderboards. Dont race your friends leaderboard times or you will just be throwing away money. The drag race in rivals is easy easy money. Especially each month when they introduce a new event.

Drifting is also very easy money. But again, involves cherry picking. Beat the person near you then quit drifting the rest of the track. Start the next nearest person, rinse and repeat.

2.2 million is no reason at all to restart. Thats very easy money in Forza 4 rivals mode. This is a new month so now is the perfect time to rack up a lot of money.

As some one who admits he's terrible in Rivals, 2.2 million officially takes 3 hours.

:P

That's still pretty good, I'd say. I doubt I could manage 2.2 Million, not even doing Rivals for a whole day.

For what it's worth, I very much dislike this "feature" as well. I've bought out and reported auctions by accident before. But, as some people have said, losing 2.2 Million is no reason to restart the game.
