Heh heh! That'll be the 'emergency redesign' then! Looks much, much better. Lights are like Focus' (no bad thing IMO), but remind me of another car, where the main beam light is larger and slightly lower. Isn't it some sort of Dodge?

Indeed - it looks a bit like a Liberty/Legacy with the nose pulled out - I wonder what the front airdam on the road car will look like.

It's okay - I must admit the 'old' style has grown on me somewhat.

I've softened towards it, but only marginally. Initially I was violently opposed to the look, but I've calmed down a bit now. Still don't like it though. The new one's much better.

GG you really going to the Austrailian GP?

Yup. Had a letter from the organisers on Saturday, confirming our reservation, and saying that the tickets would be posted out in December. Just need to organise flights now.

Well, all the teams are now looking to cut down the length of their cars, due to the success of the Peugeot 206.

There's no way they could have changed the wheelbase, because then, they would have to re-homologate it and that takes a lot of time. If They would like a shorter wheelbase, they need a completely new car, a smaller one, like Peugeot, Hyundai, Ford,...
The only thing changed are the lights and the complete front to have more downforce and better airflow over the car.

Skoda however has seen that their car is too long and they will use their Fabia as a future WRC (from the Acropolis rally)
