reverse entry

Then looses it all at the end mad mike is still starting out you cant compare Kawabata to him just in my honest opinion.

Mad Mikes been drifting for a couple of years. There's a couple of amazing drifters from New Zealand its just they don't really get noticed Internationally and they love the D1NZ competition and don't want it to disappear.

^ triple post :)

I know there are good drifters everywhere, I could have found others like Fredric Aasbo but this was the first vid on the list so I picked this. Same with the BDC, Stephen 'Baggsy' Biagioni is and example of an un-noticed good drifter. He is only really known well in the UK.

Well here my personal favorite reverse entry that I've caught on video, I love entries @ Deep Forest Daigo style (jump)

Someone please close this thread,, nobody is offering to help this kid out anymore and are just using this thread to show off their reverse entries that arnt even 100%.

What he said.

There are no special setup tricks to achieve a backwards entry. As long as you have a good drift setup that you fell very comfortable with you can try reverse entrys. It's all about practice and trying driving techniques then. You have to throw the car in very aggressively but very controlled at the same time to hit the perfect angle to get out of with full lock steering and smooth throttle control.

I helped now I deserve to show off mine, too :D

Theres more than enough videos and explanations on this thread, we dont need everyone and their grandma posting a dam video to show off what they can do, this is not the video section.

Why not, it goes with the theme of the thread?

Instead of hatin on people's vids, why not just move on and don't look here? How is people showing examples of reverse entries, hurting you? That's all these videos are, examples. It's perfectly relevant the to thread.

I would have gave you the benefit of the doubt if people here were posting full feature videos with editing and transitions and all that, but they're not, they're posting 30 second clips.

There is no reason to hate, there is no reason to be hurt. I can do the same if not better and post a video with no help and think I'm the coolest person in the world, but this isnt a thread for advertisment. It seems as if most people have defeated the purpose of the OP and again, using it to show their capabilities. JustDrift has already posted enough videos with the HUD display and more than enough of explanation from other members, I dont see how you can learn by watching an outside view with no descriptive explanation on how they did it or a HUD display. The creator of this thread is no longer responding and has already stated he has got the idea so therefore I foresee no reason to continually bump this thread, as already stated why.

Goodbye :)

I have seen some videos and some comments to which i disagree. For example, the first video on this thread with a BMW in it, lost a lot of angle going into the turn. To do a good reverse entry your angle needs to stay exactly the same untill at least the apex of the corner.
