Looking over the net I have seen the Rigid Flip Top used more than once as a wheel stand.

For 30.00 bucks It cant be beat! The black top has two adjustments one at 90 degrees and one at 45 degrees. It is also height adjustable. I picked one up today, it's nice! With a few simple mods this could be the best bang for the buck!

Features:

18” Vertical Adjustment – from 27” to 45” height for use with almost any tool
Rugged Thick Wall Tubing – with stable non-skid feet
Quick Take-Down – folds virtually flat. Transports and stores easily
Heavy-Duty Load Rating – 200 lbs. maximum

Thought I would start thread for us:)

It looks great but I don't think I could use it like you are(size 14 feet)... I could use the middle bar and table to build on . I may get one for that . How thick is the table ?

I removed the flip top and it works great to hold the wheel. I now need to figure out how to attach the shifter, which is currently unhooked.

Damn, that's inspired. I might need to give one of those a look, and hell, if nothing else it'll be handy in the garage!
