I'm afraid it's none of the above Alb. The closest thing to it in GT6 is the Legacy Touring wagon.
Ha! Finally! You nailed it my friend. I have opted for the soft version, stock tranny and 550 Rear downforce. It's a big pleasure to drive it. 👍Special Build Nissan GT-R GT3 NISMO
@LeGeNd-1 , I have posted some new cars, the S2000 and NISMO GTR GT3 above might interests you
Going to tests lots of R35 GTR replicas on my next play Mine's, Amuse, Club Track, 45th Ed

Thanks mate 👍 It's definitely on the cards for me to test. Will be interesting to compare with the GTR from the GTS build I tried.
I haven't forgotten your garage, but work has just been killing me these last few weeks I'll try to get some runs during the weekend. No promises though.
Yes, the life is controlling the things. Anyway, I've followed closely your work and have updated constantly the Fan Club's OP.Thank you, it's been long time mate, glad that you find big pleasure driving it

Full movie is on youtube, its terrible but could have been great if the cars actually exceeded the speed limit in the racing scenes, also an anime series@Ridox2JZGTE or anyone else who knows... What exactly is Wangan Midnight? Is that like a story? Or a series of stories? I've fallen in love with this layout that comes from Wangan Mignight...but since Assetto Corsa doesn't support night time racing, "midnight" doesn't really apply. Is it just a PS3 game? I'm so confused. But, I absolutely love haulin' butt on these highways!! It's so long and big with crazy highspeed turns... So fun!

Now that I hear those names Devil Z and Blackbird, I do remember that you explained this to me once before Ridox. Thanks for refreshing my memory. And thank you, @Jimmy Haight. I've been driving this non-stop. I don't know if this means anything to you or not, but it's a layout called Shuto Expressway C1 - there is an Inner & Outer loop. Supposedly this 'track' was ripped from the PS3 game called "Wangan Midnight". I do now remember Ridox telling me about the crazy HP in the Blackbird! I'm going to have to take my own "Blackbird" (just a repainted Yellowbird Hah!) for a rip around these roads. They're so long and fun to drive. Unfortunately, true night time racing isn't supported due to a weakness in the game engine, but someone has come up with a PP Filter that helps simulate dusk/dawn as long as you set the time as far as it will go, either the latest setting or the earliest clock setting.
This is what it looks like in plain 'ole fashion:
This is what it looks like with the Post-Processing Filter activated and time of day adjustment. Its not great, but it's acceptable if you want to drive this awesome Expressway:
I have to admit it's never really been my thing but some of the cars do sound like a bit of fun to drive.Wangan Midnight licensed game with AC engine = delicious I still play the PS2 Wangan Midnight, glad that you find such kind of racing fun, I have been doing mock up highway battle since GT5 with hybriding, it was awesome when people looked at my car in SSR7 highway battle lobby, and ask, "Is that Devil Z, for real ?" or "Devil Z huh, I'll kick your ass", then we raced They were surprised when realized it had the power and the turbo
I have to admit it's never really been my thing but some of the cars do sound like a bit of fun to drive.
I do have to wonder though, just how much money the owner of Devil Z spent developing the L28 twin turbo. I'm betting he lunched at least a few motors on the way. Wouldn't he have been better off using the RB26? Off the shelf parts a plenty and that sort of HP is a cruise for such a well developed engine. It's also a popular restomod conversion & what I'd do if I wanted a turbo pumping that kind of power.
Damn! Fooled by a unicorn againThe L28 TT is like a unicorn engine, it was made in manga, very rare chance that a real one existed with that much power, Star Road ( real tuner ) made 300HP NA L28 S30 replica of Devil Z which was in Hot Version battle at Motegi Oval vs RWB Porsche Turbo, R32 GTR, Supra and Ferrari 512M Maybe with unlimited budget and extreme love of L28, someone could make one, a reliable twin turbo L28 with over 600HP doing 300kmh speed run day after day without breaking a sweat.
RB26 do sounds much more realistic in terms of cost and reliability I think Akio ( Devil Z owner ) upgraded his car to RB26 eventually ( not sure in manga or anime )
@Ridox2JZGTE I'm very sorry that I made you think I was directing those comments at you, in the PS4/XBox AC thread. I can see how you might have interpreted those comments the way you did, but I'm here to give you my word, they were not directed at you, or anyone specifically, at all. They were just a general collection of thoughts I've been having and since that's the thread that people come to, to see if they want to buy the game or not, I placed those comments there. I've considered you a good friend for over two years and if I ever had a serious disagreement with you, I would take it to a PM before ever airing dirty laundry in an open forum post. Plus, I don't think I ever would have a serious disagreement with you because we think so much alike!!
Honestly, I didn't even know what a "Playstation Neo" is. I've seen you mention the term "Neo" a few times in the past, but I didn't know that it was a Playstation 4. For all I knew, it could have been some handheld gaming system or whatever. I don't know squat about gaming, in general, let alone cutting edge hardware!
Again, I'm sorry that I upset you. That would never be my intention. You have provided me with countless hours of fun because of your Replica Garage - I consider all the regular visitors to your garage my friends whether we are playing the same racing game at the moment or not. That's why this garage, the fan club thread and EAG are the only GT6 related places that I still follow. I'm really only interested in what you, Pete, danbojte, TC, OdeFinn, Brewguy and the other regulars are up to now that I'm not playing GT6 anymore. Hopefully I will be playing with all of you or at least some of you on a future racing game!
Now that I've gotten that out of the way...
Would this 240Z be acceptable to make a Devil Z?
I think the Devil Z needs wider wheel arches, don't you think?? Unfortunately, without modelling my own car body from scratch that might be the best I could do...Although, there are some other cars that look close, but I don't know if they'd be any closer to the Devil Z. Keep in mind, that I could paint the body of any of these cars any color I wish:
http://assetto-db.com/cars/Nissan
Seeing that these are all mod cars - most likely with ripped meshes from Forza - I could make all sorts of adjustments to the engine, suspension, aerodynamics, ride height....you name it. Every single file would be available for tweaking without having to unpack that data.acd file like with official Kunos cars.
Let me know if you think it'd be worthwhile. This might make for a good exercise in tweaking car physics even if it doesn't make a perfect Devil Z.
I have built it with the Semi-Racing exhaust added and no oil change because I hate it. I have still maintained the power and torque values. Have I did It unpardonable wrong?Nissan GTR 45th Anniversary 2015

Thanks @Ridox2JZGTE -- I was very stressed out that you thought I was directing hostile comments at you. I'm glad to learn that you didn't really feel that way. Anyway, I'm glad we got that cleared up! ::bro hug:: Unfortunately, I do think you are 100% correct that Assetto Corsa is going to be very limiting on PS4/XBox One compared to the PC version. I watched a recent review video and I couldn't believe how many basic options are not available in the console version, let alone the big one of not being able to install mod cars/tracks. Especially for a guy like yourself, who loves to tinker, tweak & adjust I hate the fact that can't be done on the console version. Hopefully the driving experience is at least worthwhile for console players. I'm just very disappointed at the fairly big differences between the two versions, console & PC. Kunos claims the driving/physics/force feedback/AI will all be the same on console & PC, so I guess that's the most important thing, but if you were able to modify cars I know you would enjoy AC so much more. There pretty much isn't anything you can't tweak:
Some day you'll probably replace that laptop and I'll be more than happy to pay for your PC copy of whatever version they're on just so I could drive your creations.
Thank you for the reference photos for a Devil Z. I believe I have the source 3D file for a 240Z. I'll have to check my file server. Hopefully I can import the model into 3dsmax and make some subtle adjustments to the body. If I'm able to do that, I may have a lot of questions for you. I'll need a lot of help in figuring out how to setup the suspension, drivetrain, engine, etc.. That could be a fun project though...
Oh, OK then. Thanks! 👍No, that's fine, you should shift up at around 7000-7500 RPM if wanted to stay true to the rev limit Stock exhaust do sound too quiet
