I hate the R35 but I hate its haters more than I hate the R35 itself.

Tweaks to the DC5 clan. Transmission and LSD settings for all three, with only the Crimson R gaining more power and more weight.

Schweet. Was Pinkie Pie involved in the test runs?

Took a look on the Crimson R... Did you put the ballast on so that it would fit perfectly in the 450 PP class of cars?

I hate R35 hater haters the most!

Nope, just the clock. :P And yeah, although I don't know what I'm going to do when the car breaks in more.
Yes it does! Although you already have sweetie status for fiddling about with my MR2 :D
So do I get sweetie x2 status? :dopey:
... and that's amore... ♪♫♪♫

Don't you start.

rotary or roj, how do you and praiano change your title of your thread. Im trying to do that to mine. (like how you advertise your latest tunes)

That'll give me something to look forward to when I finally wake up tomorrow then!
You'll be waiting a while, I'm a lazy sod in the morning.

After you have a certain number of posts (not sure how many, sorry), you can change your thread titles just by using the advanced edit on the first post.

Morning? Who said anything about mornings!?

And as for your thread title question, I don't think you need to have more than about 5 posts...

I feel left out……:( And Roj, I take it that my request made it through? *waits for reply like an arse but knowing full well Roj won't answer*

You know if you do this one C-ZETA will hate you forever, do you?

I actually bothered to pick one up last night...discovered some extra hatey parts of the car.

The fake 'soft top' on the car looks absolutely horrendous and is utterly noticeable, and there's simply a little too much understeer for my liking.

However, I will say one good thing about the car, ONE THING!!!!!

It's not a half bad drifter.

Except I'm not a pro drifter, and if I was on here, I'd be shouting at bad grammar, shouting at duplicate threads, shouting at people shouting at them, hating every single 4WD around and making quite good catchphrases.

That quite sums up the Drifting Forum for me. :sly:

At least I got to kill the S2k on the awesome Welsh-Fury jump track :sly: Should have given it to you, come to think of it. :sly:

VTiRoj
I can't be arsed oil changing it. But yeah I'm injecting the old S2000 magic back into it and then boosting the insanity up by 20%. :sly:

I'm taking my NSX-R to the Nurburgring 4 hours when/if I ever do it.

There isn't really 'magic' in an S2k Turbo, because it is not what I can consider a 'genuine' S2k. Unless you're only in it purely for speed, in which case you're a noob :P

And me? Giulia TZ2 for Nurb 4h, TOTALLY. :D

TankAss95
The red dash hurts my eyes! Agh it makes me feel sick when I look at it! It just reminds me of a Ricer. It's what a chav would have. I know there is budget issues Amuze but carbon fibre interior? Non?

Agreed. The S2000 dash is still there and great but the red dash around kills it completely. :grumpy:

*big rant part 2 beneath*

Well, I'd like to say otherwise. Or rather, a good friend of mine would. His S2k GT1 Turbo is the most enthusiastic high end GTP tuned car I've ever driven. :D

I'm sure the VIN will tell you otherwise. The magic I was refering to was the magic you find in the stock S2000 that Honda sells you. :P Or one of the Amuse street-tuned S2000's.

I enjoy being a noob. It makes success even more satisfying.

Just like to add that in my opinion the Honda S2000 (stock) is over rated. True enough it's a fantastic sports car, but it has it's flaws. Just take the rear suspension for example, not very well tuned by Honda on that one, the car is known to be very unstable and have sudden unexpected movements of rotation when being pushed hard. If you ask me the reason why most people buy the car is for that engine or the looks, the two superb qualities of the car.

Many problems can be fixed through tuning though, as proven IRL and in game (like your tune for example, great work by the way).

I have to agree, although being a Honda, there's no end of aftermarket for it anyway. Even in games it seems.

Also yay, post #5000. I have to give myself a prize.

That's a High End.

And besides which you prefer the CT230R anyway, like me ;)

That's OK. ;) The S2000 R1 is my personal favourite, since it does everything a proper S2k should. The close relatives of it, the Mugen, Spoon and Street Version need more power and the Opera needs less slideyness, but the R1 is right in the middle. :D

Yay for 5000 too! :D

Nah, that feels too heavy when you drive it. And there's no feel in the steering.

I wouldn't mind the R1. Except for the fact that the camber on the wheels is set at 4.0 degrees?!?!???! What's that about?! Is it for 1/4 drag or something?!?!?

Ah well, all the Amuse cars are slightly mental in some ways.

And there even was a street version before you could rip your jaw off out of shock...

Had a few random online runs in the Crimson R. Didn't update it yet with the new numbers so I fell away a bit. And with dirty players everywhere and driving line turned off... So Roj, do you think the Crimson R should do better online once I update mine?

I beg to differ. I tried it and the handling was rather fluent for me...

4 camber? Never really saw that but either way it's still good for me.

And I do agree with you but only somewhat. The Street Version, R1 and Nismo 380RS tend to be more relaxations to me than mentalists. The GT1 is fast, the CarbonaRa is powerful (and also bad handling) and the S2k Turbo is simply a chemical experiment gone wrong by the looks of it (trying to word it as kindly as possible without being too kind )

I loved the R1 in GT4, shame it isn't premium in GT5 though. You can sort of replicate the street version with a normal S2000 though.

Yes.

I'm making myself some wallpapers for my HTC Wildfire. Using my HDR'd NSX-R for the wallpaper, now I have to find something for the lock screen.

Well, we see different things from the same cars. Which is why we review stuff

Yea, I think it's 4 degrees at the front and 3.5 at the back. It's so much that the outside tyre sidewall is lifted off the ground when parked :boggled:

I meant mental as in mental in some part of its construction. The Street Version seems to like to oversteer like a loony from what I've read, the R1 has idiotic levels of camber, the 380RS has downforce that's on par with a race car, the Carbon(ara) handles like crap despite having GTR blood in its veins and has a stupidly bonkers weight distribution and the S2k GT1 turbo is almost too designed-for-noobs.
Till I handed the car over to my friend, that is. Then when I got it back, it killed me. It handles like lightning now. And is supa dupa exciting :D

And that's merely one reason why it's bau5.

That's because, well tuned, it is a very tough car to match, especiallyeven with me driving :D

Fixed :P

But I don't get the appeal of it. It's the matte paint, right? Because I find it the most vile, hateful, dull, yawn-inducing, gutless lump of a sensory deprivation tank on sell as a tuner car in GT5.
