Onboy123I want chicken nuggets!
I am serious, I never heard of them, and I prefer RKM so I am planted here like a rock.
Fixed.Praiano isn't a "them", he's a "he". Much as I love the work our RKM do, you should really broaden your horizons. Praiano has produced a massive body of work and knows what he's doing, have a look in the Federation of International Tuners at the top of this forum. There should be an archive of all the Shootouts held to date and our Praiano features highly, as do the RKM guys. Apart from in the Rally Shootout, that is.
There are also plenty of other garages and tuners in here who do sterling work. Don't thumb your nose at them and limit yourself to just one thread, Sir... 👍

No, you're just somehow seeing the old banners for me and RJ. Clear your cache. All 3 should look the same as Dragonthing's banner.
Umm... What happened last night? I see quotes that don't exist and daan popping in to clear up a mess.Tuner-ism ftl.
By the way Roj, my NSX is still using the old tune, but I have to say, it is still nothing short of a masterpiece. Kicked a M3 GTR race car's arse to hell and back on Suzuka.
Like here. What on earth happened?Ah well, each to their own. The tuning forum doesn't end at RKM and Ferraris though.
Anyway, one more thing Roj, the old NSX 3rd Anni tune was just clocked doing a 2:01.634 lap around Suzuka with me driving. I admit it's on RS tyres, but that's still a facking quick lap that even most touring cars will fail to reach.
I think you've said it all. Thanks for the detailed review as always! It's hardly a trick, it's how I normally tune. GT5 tuning is not the same as real life so I don't use any real life settings. But yeah the 3000GT/GTO did need a good push to get back into the top spot and I'm glad we've managed that.A review of the RKM GTO/VR4:
Overall, the RKM GTO is an incredible car, especially with the front spring rate trick. It'd make for a great learner's car for picking the appropriate racing line for a variety of turns given its handling characteristics. It certainly breaks the stereotype of heavy front end in a 4WD = understeer.
Oh and thank you RKM for bringing the GTO back into the fray.
Not from such a short review, no. Sorry. Thanks can I get a tune from you guys
The NSX has actually gotten a fair bit faster since Spec 2. It's funny how a small update and some suspension tweaks gave it such a boost. The rest, well there's no point me copying and pasting from previous review replies.Mini reviews!!
NSX-R 3rd Anniversary-
I'd rather test them myself before doing that and Deathscythe always behaved itself on RS tyres. Also taking the turbo off the Supra would of course tame it more.Oi Roj, I think you can just take the Castrol Supra out of the archives and into the new list of tunes without any changes at all, there is nothing different about the car's handling , it's just as easy to drive and just as mind numbingly quick. It lapped Suzuka in 1:55.140 without me breaking a sweat and with the turbo taken off.
Deathscythe seems to be cleared too, just as murderous and murderously quick as before. Mind you, that's on RS tyres and the car feels a tad more remote.

I drive my NSX online with RS tyres too these days, since everyone else does.
Spammer/Advertiser was around, so we took care of it with swift and German-esque efficiency. Daan then came in and took care if it with equally swift and German-equse efficiency.
We're telling off Linkueigman for not leaving the RKM garage doors.
Yea, and it is so much fun kicking 550PP arse. All the online race lobbies I entered today ended with someone ragequitting and me taking the win at Suzuka with a few seconds to spare I weellyy weellly <3 mah NSX <3<3

We're telling off Linguine (or something) for not leaving the RKM garage doors.

I love my NSX army.
Fixed.
And yea, join the dark side and step out of RKM's gates, there's a lot more out there than one thread and one brand of cars. *coughcoughFerraricoughcough*
CyKosis1973I'm sure the guys will be delighted to be reminded about their rallying misadventures, and thanks for reminding me how awesomely well my Dirty Pug did
How'd the 206 RC work out for you..??

Totally off topic from stuff, but thanks for reminding me about my snowy Scooby that I need to upload...
Oh I loved it, it's so much of a hot hatch, what a 206 RC should have been.
You're telling me there's a topic in here somewhere..??
Get the Scubaroo up girl, let's see what it's like. I picked up the full-blown 206 Rally Car the other day. Took it for a spin and scared myself. If I muster up the courage, I'll have another go at it. Did you fancy having a crack at taming it..?? I can dupe and fire you a copy...
Did you do anything with the vanilla one I sent you..?? Or did you just thrash the arse off the 400PP one..??

what page are the touge tunes under?
thanks
There's links to them on the first post.
thanks 👍
They're the Evora "Locust" and NSX Sidewinder.
Of course. But among all your NSX'es, I love the OG one the most and I know that you know it too.
300. Ask them what their profession is.How many men in your NSX army fully?
@Roj: I was browsing the previous posts and I was thinking of taking in Praiano as the 4th tuner of RKM. His tunes are pretty solid as well and he's tuned a ton of cars. If ever Praiano's taken into the fold, RKM would be a very solid powerhouse of a tuning garage in GTP.
About the stiff front end trick for 4WDs with heavier front ends, I'm very much impressed how it turned out. Comparing the GTO with the RKM R8 and the Murcielago, the latter 2 have stiffer rears than fronts. I think you're stiffening the fore/aft springs depending on the car. Going back to the R8 & Murci, they do exhibit some understeer compared to the GTO. But like you said before, the understeer in the R8 & Murci are protective measures'.
