I agree on the social part about TDU2. Regardless, something just feels...off about it.
Anywho, here's my review.
Sapphire's Zonda X
"Experts and Masochists Only"
"I said hold the mayo, you peon! Stop being such a fat twit and get it right!"
So I only recently came across RKM Motorsport and because of them, I actually made a gtplanet account. I figured that since I like to drive things, I might as well give reviews of the work posted here and luckily for me, everything is just so nice that I didn't know what to drive first.
To be honest, this wasn't the first RKM car that I drove. It was the fourth. The Zonda X grabbed my attention because it was described as a feisty one that's no laughing matter when driven properly. Just my kind of car. With that said, let's get started!
Speed - I personally stopped using the Zonda R early on when I first acquired it because I found the speed factor of it to be a bit...underwhelming. I initially raised an eyebrow at the wide gear ratio Sapphire gave this tune, but when I drove it, I understood the reason. Even on such a wide ratio, this car is
QUICK. The top speed is still only about 238-240 MPH without drafting, but honestly I can't say that I care much. It reaches that top speed remarkably fast, so there's not much left to desire in a circuit car.

Stability - If driven right, the stability of this car is quite remarkable. The tricky part is just that. Driving the car right. I can't really rate this one without being unfair or being a pompous you-know-what. Simply put: Either you have throttle control or you don't. If you do, then the stability is excellent. If you don't, then this car hates you and wants you to die.

Handling - When I tested it at Spa-Francorchamps, I was surprised at the cornering ability of this car. I remember the Zonda R being a wild thing and kinda sluggish in the cornering department, which was why I abandoned it for racing so early on. The Zonda X is a whole different beast, though. It will take that inclined curve at 150 MPH. It doesn't care. The Lesmo corners? Pfft, what a couple of babies. I was very impressed with the handling model of the Zonda X and paired with the acceleration capability, this is truly no longer a "pretend" race car. It can go beyond the big leagues if you can control it.

Ease of Use (1 = Easiest, 10 = Hardest) - Sapphire said it herself in the description and she really wasn't kidding. This car is
not friendly. Not friendly at all. It's not just a "Pick and Auto-Win" type of car. The Zonda X requires very crafty driving ability that's flexible enough to keep it in control, but able to correct it the moment it gets upset about a sloppy corner entry or that aggressive jerk online who's trying to run you off of the track to win. Mind you, with the Zonda X, that jerk probably won't even get close to you if you're on top of your game. Nonetheless, this car is still very difficult to drive. Unlike many other difficult to drive cars though, this one is worth putting time into mastering.
(9/10)
Fun Factor - I love this category and it's what driving is all about for me. Luckily enough, the Zonda X satisfies in this department....again, that is if you know how to drive it. Being naive about getting flashy in this car is a very risky business. It can definitely be driven flashy, but keep in mind what the car will do to you if you suddenly treat it like a drift tuned RX-7. Understand how this car works and you can have a TON of fun driving it this way or that way or any way. It's fast and it doesn't mind having some fun, but beware of potential death traps.

Overall - This is one of the most exciting supercars I've driven in a while. It also perfectly has a violent personality that I'm just a sucker for. Beginner drivers should avoid this car at all costs because it will control you way more than you can control it. It won't control you to the finish line, either...

Video - I take the liberty in doing this whenever I can. In other words, most of my reviews will have a video accompanying it. This is the test run I did at Spa-Francorchamps, where I took out the previous record time set by my R35, shaving over 6 seconds off of it's time with the Zonda X. I also took a second lap around to have some fun with the car. Enjoy!
