Well, Zero's still in. He's just on his little sabatical. Robin is in the midst of some family issues that need to be cleared up. But if I don't hear from him soon we might have to replace him. Mobil1 I consider to be a no show and have already started to prusue another candidate to replace him. As far as the Idiot goes, I spoke with him via PM just a few days ago and he has stated that he is still in and will be back in action here within a few days. But it's been a few days already. Now if this doesn't happen, then a replacement for him should be considered. So Alex, if you have someone in mind let me know. As far as El mano, he's not capable of running the times that we will need to win.
So, I will get on Robins arse as soon as I can make contact with him. Kelly, if you can prod the Idiot and find out where he stands that would be great.
Zero's around, he might just need a kick in the shorts or a gentle reminder (whichever comes to mind first. :D )

I started a thread in the gt3 section asking who's got a port, will make it easier to ask someone we already know has the proof they will need .

I've dropped a note to gilesguthrie. I've spent a considerable time racing against me, and he's whupped me on a regular occasion. For example Currently we're racing a TVR Speed 12, fully blown on T2's around GVS. he's in the low 1'46 range and dropping.

We'll see how it pans out.

[edit: just found out that Giles has extensive real world commitments that warrant his attention, and he won't be able to participate]

Is anyone else a possible other than 93sho and fury if he can get the use of a sharkport or something?

just to be sure, mobil is out, right? and robin is a possible out?
 
I've been a bit busy of late so I've lost who we have on board. Could someone post a list of our racers up here or give me a link?

Yes that's out team ! and a pretty good one too! :cool: I'm sure we will do very well and better than most people will expect ;)

Had a sneak peek at proposed points system a while ago and there's plenty of points to be had each race with best results we can get , hopefully being able to have our 2 racers battle it out between them giving best results possible . My only worry is the 2 day deadline I know how hard it is to squeeze in the time and fear not as good a result for myself because of this, but we will all be in the same boat I suppose, and with the help of a couple of team members running along side for comparisons .....................

Can't wait for this thing to start now, should be a real battle of the GT gods for sure and would love to see some big ego's a little deflated :D

If it's all like I think it is we can choose who races where but won't be knowing who our opponents are until the race start ! that should be cool :cool: I'll be praying I don't get Flinx :rolleyes: :D

I'm worried about this 2 day thing. As you said Kelly, sometimes it takes me more than a day or two to really nail down a great race. With work being as busy as it is for me, (it's 4am and I just got home) I will have to push really hard on these races. But them's the breaks I suppose. Looks like I'll be having some sleepless nights here soon.:lol: I can't wait for this to get started.

I think that we need to nail down our 2 race submittals. Personally I'm a big fan of submitting that VX220/Speedster @ Seattle race. I remember how many of the guy's and gals in the drafting series refused to do that race, I think that this could be to our advantage seeing as how Mr. Holland did so well with that spotty. I have practiced a bit more at it and have improved but am still far off of Mischa's time.
So what are our thoughts on these 2 races?

Talentless is a go then for sure? Is this true William? What about the Idiot? I saw a few measly posts from him but still no action. What gives with him?
As far as Robin is concerned, well, he has stated that he is here with us for the long haul but yet he has been abscent for some time now and I am starting to doubt the fact that he really is. I'm not counting on him at this point now.

Der Alta? Have I missed something here? Why is there a question mark next to his name?
 
Did you ask 930 about joining us Boom? if he is in then we're ready to race !
And yeah I'm up for the VX220 race going forward so long as I don't have to do it ;)

Our 2 races should be chosen then concentrate on perfecting them maybe for best results .

Do you ever get a day off work Boom! ? :eek:
 
93SHO is in with us. I have asked Jordan to grant him access to the forum.
And yeah Kelly, I'm all for the VX220 as long as I don't have to do it either! :D

Well, I had 1 scheduled day off this week but I volunteered to come in on my day off to help out. Such dedication huh! Can you say "promotion!!!"
 
Yeah, I'm in if need be. But when is the first race? I thought we had until the twelth?

You are correct. The first race is the 12th. I'm having some difficulties accessing www.gtnetwork.de right now. As soon as I can get in, I will update the Board Challenge information thread. There is a schedule of races posted there.
 
I'm still having some issues with the site. I was now able to access the home page there but as far as navagating through the rest of the site, it wasn't working for me.
 
have you cleared your temp internet files recently?

when did you last see the board challenge thread?
