Well guys we have lost a good friend and member. Who would have thought me being a leader caring would cause someone to leave. We will miss 8th but there has been few who have left and not came back. Anyway here the story. Kyoki asked both Asa and 8th to join them, I contacted Zach asking why. 8th told me not to but I did because I care for you guys. Anyway I guess I'll just stop caring. I'm kind of really sad now, I might be on later. who knows.

Only the fact that we fought, a lot, gets annoying and everytime i left from the rooms you all hosted, i either didnt want to do what you guys were doing or i was a bit annoyed. + if i wanted you to say something i wouldve said "dude, can you back me up." no. Yesterday night i clearly emphasised "WTF i don't want that to be spoken of."
Now that's enough about me, we wouldn't want to mess up the RS thread.

You did the right thing by contacting me about that. The bad part is i guess this whole thing was a huge misunderstanding. I am sorry that the other guys making a joke turned into this. But no Eric you did the right thing. And it's not your fault. I just hate how words get mixed up and turn into this.

It may be depressing but its not a failure. These things will happen - especially in team environments. It's not a mistake if someone joins the team and it doesn't work out. Sometimes people fit, sometimes they don't but it has to work for both parties - if not then part ways ASAP and wish them the best.
