Mar with school and everything it is very hard for us to be on during your time zone. If we do anything together it will have to be weekends. Bro you just have to understand that when your online it is 3 in the afternoon in America or earlier. Hope that solves that.

I gotta say it was pretty obvious that Spank was going to re-start Drop5 once Wes and a few other guys started to re-appear, still i got to admit i'll miss Spank in RSM, in fact i actually started to know him a bit better and learned to like him when he joined the team honestly haha... but best of luck to Drop5 there were some people i really enjoyed having a good time with in that team.

Meeting Sunday guys! I have some plans that will hopefully bring life into the team. I know we cannot all be on at the same time, but we have to keep strong and have fun when we are together. So this Sunday let's have a blast!

Today not even getting on the team thread and seeing all these people who left took away the amount of happiness I have. Today we had the most difficult and most intense practice we will ever have (confirmed by couch) And although I still can feel my legs burning like hell I am just happy I´m still alive Its not going to get any harder. (I don´t think there can be any way of it getting harder)

So here is "The Plan" which will be further discussed at the meeting. For about a month we have lost some good friends and family members, it is time to put an end to it. It started out with Zach and DeeDub because of time zone problems which is understandable, if no one is on then it can get boring. As of late Spank and Fox have jumped the boat also and are bringing Drop5 back, which is also understandable. So to bring RSM out of the water we are doing the unheard of. With all of the social media out there, I say we use it.

So on that note, I will be making a RSM email, twitter, and tumblr to further spread our name. I will use the same password and user name for all 3. Please keep it on topic and please be respectful.

Now there are a few key changes in the roster that will affect how the team is ran. So these statements are directed to these people directly.

OJ: You have been on the team and have been my brother for a long while now, you mean a lot to this team and me. You will be the main Co-Leader, now I know you are busy with school, but you will be the brain of this operation. I need your help figuring decisions and just plain watching over me and making sure I am doing every thing right, so do not be afraid to say hey you shouldn't do that. I would also like you to run the website now that we have lost Spank, so we have to start from scratch.

Mar: You are a good friend and a good help with the team. You can sometime get a little cranky, but usually everything works out OK. I would like you to just watch over the team and tell me if something goes wrong, or there is something you see needs changed. Again do not feel scared to tell me something, I NEED YOUR HELP! Also you will run the OP, if you cannot let me know and I can get it switched over to someone else. 👍

Shadow: I have known you for a long while now and you have always remained the same. I know you will work your hardest to bring RSM on our feet. You will be the messenger. Your job is to send out messages to the rest of the team and keep track of who is active and who is not. You will also just watch over the team and see what is going on/what needs changed.

Shiro and DR:
You were both leaders once of team Prodigy. You both did a good job leading the team, and see how hard it is to lead a team. So I want both of you to step in where it is needed. 👍

Now here is a couple of other little things that will be changed.
Custom tracks-We will be using custom tracks more often to bring in a change
Black Label Tuning-Will be opened back up and will be back in business
Open Lobbies-These are key to getting our name out there and seeking others who want a spot in the team
