Yes you can, the TVR T350, not only will it wipe it's ass with any Mustang but it has walked over cars like the Lambo Murcielago, Porsche 911 Turbo, Pagani Zonda C12 and the Noble M12 to name a few. I'd love to see the Stang try that.Klostrophobic

Show me a Murcielago for 30 grand. Show me a brand new TVR 350 for 30 grand. Show me a brand new Porsche 911 for 30 grand. Show me a Pagani Zonda C12 for 30 grand. Show me a Noble M12 for 30 grand. You can't name one single car that could even come close to matching the spec of the Mustang Cobra. You'd have to pay close to twice as much. You can't compare a car that costs 30 grand to ones that costs over 100 grand. It's impossible.
The Mustang Cobra is a great handling car. You just think it's cool to bash on it because everyone else does. You corrected nothing.
Is there anyone here with sense enough to see how great the Mustang Cobra is? Or is everyone a 15 year-old moron who likes to look at $250K cars and remark at how much better they are when compared to a $30K car.

I am not gona argue. But I do have a statement. The SVT Cobra runs 12 second quarter miles if you have the skill to launch it, you say thats bad? For 30 grands for god sake, thats bad? The SR runs 0-60s in mid 3s, and 11 sec. quarter miles. Thats supposed to be bad? Dont even see many "exotics" run in that range. I guess you all dont drive, because I have found an appreciation for most cars, regardless of nation. And whats with mustangs and muscle cars suck? Narrow minded thinking. Sorry if i offended anyone. I do not want to argue, so if you reply i will simply give one word replies.

Is 505hp low? I am not american. you will be surprised i am actually asian! I did not mention muscle cars sucked. I mentioned the SVT Cobra has a lot of potential, as does the SR. You know, I used to be like that. Except the fact that I wasnt pro-exotics, I was pro-muscle cars and i dissed every other car that I could. But since now I have an appreciation for all cars. Back to the topic, why dont you go to this site? http://www.saleen.com/auto/SR/sr.htm and click on performance on the left frame. Im sorry if youre wrong. an SR annhilates. near S7 peformance for a price much cheaper.

Yes I'm biased towards mustangs. But I love all cars at the same time. The beauty of the mustang is its good power for the price, EXCLUDING anything saleen. Also, its one of the cheapest cars to work on. So I can spend the same amount of money to buy and modify my stang as to buy a porcshe and it will blow it away. Thats just fact. For example, I bought a camshaft for my 91 5.0 at $150 and my buddy with an Acura RSX type S couldnt get a cam for less than $600. Its just less expensive than most. So again, the mustang is the best bang for the buck. Especially the 2005 with 300 hp GT. For less than $26,000!

5.0 mustangs are alot better than the new mustangs. they weigh less, are cheaper, and parts are dirt cheap. and here in the states we cant get a tvr. and i'll never have money for a ferrari racecar. and i thought this thread was about complimenting mustangs.
