Saleen s7 tune?

Hey guys i just pick this up and fully upgraded it but Im having trouble finding a good balance with the car. When it was in stock form it was almost perfect at everything but after upgrades it has some bad habits. Any tips?

Dampers 4444
Arb 2/2
Cmbr 2.6/2.4
Toe .17/.23

Kinda sucks, I think it should be alot better, but depends how bad they crippled it.
