So its the Quant e-Sportlimousine, still a concept and will probably cost a million pounds. Run's on salt water (has 200 litre tanks) and in a process similar to hydrogen fuel cell power it get's electricity from the water. They claim a 230 mph top speed but say the range will be limited, similar to an all EV.

The design is really nice, not too derivative of other marques. I don't know how far it will go but it's a start.
