This is a bit of a rich claim given that the LG G3 has the same resolution in a different shape screen, but in a smaller device.

That said, the Tab S does look good with the bronze coloured keyboard.

From what I've heard, the latest generation of Samsung displays have some of the best color accuracy on the market, which is a huge departure from their past efforts.

Still, it would be nice if @gtone339 could do something besides copy/pasting Samsung's marketing materials and, you know, provide actual discussion. I see event promoters do a better job of not looking like part of a marketing machine

Did you not hear me just say they've turned around their screen quality? The S-pen implementation is nice and I'll be considering a 10 inch tab with a high res display along side a Surface Pro down the road, depending on how vector art applications are supported.

Call me a nuisance and tell me to grow up all you want, I'm not copy and pasting promotional materials with zero discussion. And feel free to threaten to "call a mod to shut up off," whatever the hell that means.

And do I hate Samsung? No. Do I feel their products are bloated with useless features and have aesthetics from 5 years ago? Yes. The "gold" backing with faux perforated leather looks like a Band-Aid, seriously.

I imagine being able to alter the colour temperature has helped a lot there. Unless I dreamed that was an option instead of it being a real thing.

The admin created the site and has put countless hours into running it and writing content about Gran Turismo for over a decade. You're posting Samsung's marketing materials with no other content.

Anyway, I'll certainly be keeping an eye on the new range of tablets that come out in the next few months. I'm a bit out of the loop on what's been going on in the tablet market, it's pretty incredible that 1440/1600p is so commonplace on these things now.

I have the new Tab S, the 8.4 inch version and a Galaxy Mega phone. Both have displays that, in my opinion are better than any other manufacturer today. They are absolutely leaps and bounds better then any Samsung product in the past. I know displays get better over time, but they appear to have taken a quantum leap in terms of image quality.

And now they went back to basics with the Galaxy S5. You should take a look at the device for yourself, not by judging by it's pictures on the interweb.

Anyway, I opened this thread just for peoples interest on this particular product, not rant or create a fanboyism out of it. As a electronic enthusiast, I do in fact like Samsung products, well in the smartphone category.

I don't see myself posting hateful messages on any Apple-related products, nor any threads here on gtplanet.

Because there is a incident that happened when I opened a thread, last year, about the Galaxy S4's announcement, and then he began to nit-pick on every-single aspects of the product, like for instance, it's still made of Uninspiring Plastic, and that user touts the display as a over-saturated screen, unlike conventional LCD screen displays.

Overall that's his opinion, but to me it sounds like a typical hater, so yes I don't appreciate the blatantly input from users like that.

The jump in quality is massive. And reviewers tend to agree.

I'm such a hater I'm considering buying a Samsung device since they've figured out their display technology and the S-Pen provides a great option for an artist and designer. Other issues have kept me from jumping the gun, such as the housing quality on current tablets from them and other minor details.

And oh noes, you reported me to a mod?! Apparently I never got the memo. I wonder if it is because I'm completely in line with what a forum is designed for.

What is amusing is you keep commenting on how people are reacting to your posts while failing to discuss the products you are so defensive of. Hell, while I've been nit picking your beloved company to death, other members and I have actually discussed their increase in quality as of late.

We don't want detail, we want discussion. Which you've yet to provide on the actual topic of this thread, or any other threads that you've made regarding Samsung. If you weren't a member contributing elsewhere on the forum, I could have easily seen this thread being removed as advertising since it isn't much more than that. Partly why no one bothered to reply for over a month, in case you didn't figure that out.

And finally, I'm about as far as removed from an Apple fanboy as a person can be.
