Sauber WTC800 Tune

I'm pretty green when it comes to tuning. I've heard the Sauber is good around Sardegna and I love the car. It's a bit wild though, so I have a few questions.

1. Can you suggest a tune to make the car more stable and/or optimal for this config?
2. Any weather I need to be aware of?
3. What fuel mapping would you suggest?
4. What strategy, no-stop, 1-stop or other?
5. I like making lists?
6. Any other bits of info I might find useful?
