This is one feature that I think is really missing in GT5. Previous versions of GT had the option to save multiple tunes for each car.
Sidenote: In race saves was the top voted option in the feedback section and has been reported as being worked on. Multiple tunes is ranked 28th. Maybe we could bump it up a couple more votes to get this issue recognized.
