Elements are clearly cut and pasted with uneven image compression. For example, take the main TT logo and notice the artefacts. If the document was saved at that level of compression, the text on the spine, bikes on the front and logos etc., wouldn't be so crisp.
The logo itself is a scan. The ++ on the NTSC J cover is a silver reflective and scans in black. The PAL block has clearly been chopped whilst the rest of the cover has used the PAL GT4 one as a base for the design. Oh, and for such an “important” game, surely it would have it's own website listed on the box, not just playstation.com.

On a less technical level
-PD would hardly rely on official Yamaha images for the cover (especially if one considers Shichisawas reliance on the CBR600RR for TT branding/FMV)
-Two bikes from the same manufacturer is highly unlikely.
-Use of pre-release NTSC/J images used on the back cover is dubious.
It will be interesting to see if the PAL version launches with the U/C or the NTSC/J cover. Ill put my money on the U/C cover complete with references to GT.

The official American TT site states that there will be over 100 bikes.pmc40if thats real, it says on back over 80 motorcyles, so it is a mistake on sony website and there isnt gonna be 180it'll be same number as Japanese and us version. I'll find out tomorrow whether there is.

I've spoken to a few of the retailers in Sydney, EB games said that they have it in June....
